With the rapid popularization of close planting mode of apple dwarf anvil in China and the continuous expansion of planting area,the intelligent decision-making irrigation technology for water in apple orchard has been paid more and more attention.The model of apple orchard water demand and its measurement and calculation method are the technical key of intelligent decision-making irrigation system for water.Intelligent decision irrigation is compatible with automatic irrigation system and can improve water use efficiency of apple orchard,realize accurate irrigation and save water.Based on the analysis of the research status of intelligent crop decision-making irrigation system and crop water requirement measurement and calculation method at home and abroad,the water balance method and double crop coefficient method were determined as the actual measurement model and calculation model of intelligent decision-making.The water demand of apple orchard was calculated by using two time intervals of daily and hour,and use the LabVIEW system to build the intelligent decision calculation model and the actual measurement model.By analyzing the model,the monitoring factors of the system are determined,the advantages and disadvantages of different communication technologies applied to the system are compared,by using the wireless communication technology which combines ZigBee technology with GPRS technology,determine the overall structural scheme of the system.The hardware of the system is designed,and the selection of main control chip,information acquisition module and irrigation execution module is completed.The communication between ZigBee technology and GPRS technology is completed by RS485 protocol,and the voltage of 12 V power supply is reduced to 5V and 3.3V respectively after two step-down treatments.The upper computer of the system is designed on LabVIEW development platform by modularization method.The system can realize the collection,display and storage of environmental information in the apple orchard,users can access the environmental information of apple orchards through remote login;and provide four irrigation modes,in addition to being able to achieve manual mode irrigation,automatic model irrigation based on irrigation volume,irrigation time and soil moisture value at this stage,it also possible to implement irrigation according to an intelligent decision mode established based on the apple garden water demand calculation model;the weather forecast for the next 7 days is introduced,and the water demand of apple orchard in the next 7 days is predicted based on the weather forecast,which improves the intelligence of the system;in addition,the system can also realize the functions of equipment running status display,alarm display,historical data management and user management.The installation of intelligent decision-making irrigation system was completed,and the system leakage,the accuracy of soil moisture sensor acquisition and the validity of intelligent decision-making model were tested and evaluated.The results show that the system is closed and has no leakage;except for manual mode,the system can be irrigated automatically and intelligently without human intervention according to the set parameters;weather forecast date capture is accurate;the results collected by soil humidity sensor are accurate,the network transmission is reliable,and the absolute value of the difference between the measured value and the collected value is less than 1.4;the effectiveness of the two models of daily and hour for the intelligent decision making of the modern dwarf anvil apple orchard was verified.
