Since the founding of New China,China's agricultural development has been adhering to the development concept of "taking grain as the main line".In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, people's demand for milk and other dairy products and beef and mutton has greatly increased, while the problem of forage supply restricting the development of animal husbandry has become more and more obvious.China's planting industry is now facing a severe "food-led,forage shortage".Shape.In 2015,the Ministry of Agriculture first put forward the idea of "changing grain to feed" as an urgent agricultural reform in China, and for three consecutive years it has been regarded as an important measure to promote the optimization of agricultural production mode.Cangzhou area is one of the important "food to feed" pilot projects in Hebei Province.Although the process of "food to feed" is being gradually promoted, the cultivation of traditional food crops is still the first priority choice of most planters.Because of the difference of climate and soil environment in Cangzhou, the traditional grain crop cultivation mode can not be widely applied in the eastern and western parts of Cangzhou. Therefore, the development of grass husbandry in Cangzhou is an important measure to break the current pattern of "grain dominated, forage absence" and alleviate the severe situation of the shortage of forage resources supply. At the same time,cost-effectiveness is an important factor affecting different planting patterns. Therefore, based on the conditions of climate and soil differential distribution in Cangzhou, this paper focuses on three existing forage crop cultivation modes in Cangzhou: traditional grain crop cultivation mode,wheat-silage maize cultivation mode and alfalfa cultivation mode, which have important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper,cost-benefit analysis method, comparative analysis method and empirical research method are used synthetically. On the basis of combing the development status of planting mode in Cangzhou area, the cost-benefit of three existing planting modes is studied with cooperatives as the main planting body.Through field investigation and visits by designing questionnaires, the cost-benefit accounting of three existing forage grain cultivation modes in Cangzhou area was carried out,and the comparative analysis of the three modes was carried out from the cost-benefit level. The Cobb-Douglas production function econometric model was further constructed to explore the impact of various factors affecting the cost-benefit of different cropping modes.Based on the conclusion of the study, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the growers to choose a reasonable planting mode and improve the basic path of the total output benefit of forage grain planting, which can also play a guiding role in the promotion and implementation of the "grain to feed" policy in Hebei Province. The innovation of this paper is mainly embodied in introducing Cobb-Douglas production function econometric model into the grain and grass planting model of Hebei Province for the first time.By introducing the econometric analysis model to study the total output benefit of different planting modes, the influence degree of each influencing factor is quantitatively determined as the basis for improving the economic benefit of different planting modes, and the research conclusion is more convincing through the combination of empirical analysis and qualitative analysis.
