Rubus idaeus L.is a kind of fruit with high nutritional value.Its yield and output value are increasing year by year.However,the fruit-eating insect of raspberry,Drosophila suzukii Matsumura has significant harm to the fruit.In severe years,it can directly reduce the yield of raspberry by 60%.The use of chemical pesticides to control the pest will lead to a series of problems such as pesticide residues.Therefore,in this study,the susceptibility of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura to sweet odor and the feeding habits of adults were used.Under field and laboratory conditions,the insect was trapped with different proportions of Sugar-acetic-acid liquid,and the best proportions of Sugar-acetic-acid liquid were introduced by dynamic headspace collection and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Finally,the results of temperament analysis were used to test the insect in the laboratory with the corresponding standard.The results were as follows:(1)Field attraction experiments showed that when the ratio of brown sugar to edible vinegar to liquor to water was 1:1.4:1.4:1.4:7.2(formula 5),the attraction effect of Sugar-acetic-acid liquid solution to adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura was significantly better than that of other formulations.And the attraction effect of formula 2,8and 9 was the worst to Drosophila suzukii Matsumura.From the range analysis,it can be concluded that the content of brown sugar is the main reason leading to different attraction effects,followed by the content of liquor,and finally the content of edible vinegar.(2)Indoor chemotaxis test showed that there were some differences in attracting female and male adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura with different proportions of Sugar-acetic-acid liquid.Compared with clean air,the attraction effect of formula 1,3,4and 5 was significantly different(P < 0.01).Formula 1 was better than formula 6(P < 0.05),formula 5 was better than formula 3(P < 0.01),formula 4 was better than formula 1(P <0.01),and formula 5 was better than formula 4(P < 0.05).Compared with clean air,the attraction effect of formula 1,4 and 5 was significantly different(P < 0.01),formula 3 was better than formula 1(P < 0.05),formula 4 was better than formula 1(P < 0.05),formula 5was better than formula 4(P < 0.05),and formula 5 was better than formula 6(P < 0.01).Formula 5(brown sugar: edible vinegar: liquor: water = 1:1.4:1.4:7.2)had the best attracting effect on female and male adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura.Formula 5had no attenuation effect on female and male adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura in different days of a week,and had persistence.(3)Thirteen compounds,including esters,aldehydes and aromatic compounds,were identified by GC-MS.They were mainly include Indane,3-Furaldehyde,Benzene,propyl-,Benzaldehyde,Benzene,1,4-diethyl-,Benzene,1-ethyl-2-methyl-,Decanoic acid,ethyl ester,Octanoic acid,ethyl ester1,2-Benzisothiazole,Decanal,Heptanoic acid,ethyl ester,Hexanoic acid,ethyl ester and Nonanoic acid,ethyl ester.Among them,8 compounds with high relative content were identified as Benzene,1,4-diethyl-,Benzene,1-ethyl-2-methyl-,Decanal,3-Furaldehyde,Decanoic acid,ethyl ester,Hexanoic acid,ethyl ester,Octanoic acid,ethyl ester,and Indane.(4)According to the bioassay of the main components,there are three substances which can make the female and male adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura produce the trend activity.The female and male adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura have a significant positive trend to Benzene,1,4-diethyl-and Indane;the female adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura have a significant negative trend to 3-Furaldehyde;and the male adults of Drosophila suzukii Matsumura have a significant positive trend to Decanal.There was no significant difference in other substances and no evasive effect.
