Smart agriculture is the constant theme of agricultural development,and the intelligentization of agricultural machinery is the pioneer of the development of smart agriculture.Today,with the rapid development of agricultural machinery intelligence,the use of big data technology,data visualization technology,artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies to build a smart agricultural data big data platform has become a breakthrough in agricultural machinery intelligence.In 2016,Hebei Agricultural Department and Hebei Agricultural Big Data Collaboration The Innovation Center has developed a smart farm data big data platform.With the use of various types of users,the amount of data is increasing,and the value of data and the connotation of information are getting higher and higher,but there are also problems of increasingly complex data relationships and fragmentation of data.The large amount of data generated by the smart agricultural data big data platform cannot be effectively utilized,resulting in the sluggish development of agricultural machinery social services.Based on the environmental data,user data,farmland data,agricultural machinery data,supervision data,agricultural encyclopedia data,public information data,etc.in the intelligent agricultural data big data platform,the data sharing advantage of the big data platform is utilized to build a smart agricultural big data driving service.The system can solve the problem that the data fragmentation in the big data platform is serious and cannot use its value,and can provide accurate and scientific agricultural socialization services directly to various users.This has important implications for the development of smart agriculture.For the intelligent agricultural machinery big data driven service system,this paper has done the following research work:First,design a smart agricultural big data drive service system.The users of the system include farmers,machine operators,flying hands,agricultural machinery cooperatives,agricultural cooperatives,agricultural machinery sales,agricultural capital companies,agricultural machinery production enterprises,and so on.The main functions include customized services and public information recommendation.The customized services include customized service management,various visualization services,and information customization push services.Secondly,the fusion recommendation algorithm based on content and collaborative filtering is studied,and a switched hybrid strategy is adopted.The main function is to personalize the public information in the intelligent agricultural big data platform,such as agricultural machinery related news,subsidy policy information,advanced equipment and other information,to different users according to the user's interest.The recommendation algorithm adopted by the system switches between the two recommended algorithms in different data backgrounds according to the characteristics of the data,and solves the problem of single recommendation and cold start in the process of public information recommendation,which greatly improves the recommendation effect and efficiency.Third,the intelligent agricultural data big data driving service system is integrated and developed by Spring,SpringMVC and Hibernate framework,and has two parts: the web end and the app mobile end.App mobile uses Android's native mixed HTML5 hybrid development model.The Web side mainly implements the service customization management function,and users can sign online and customize different data visualization services.Administrator users can also manage customizable services.The App side implements the data visualization function and displays it according to the customized service of the user.And the public information recommendation function is implemented,and the public information in the big data platform is recommended to users with different interests according to the recommendation algorithm.The App mobile uses Aurora to push a third-party platform to implement the message push function,so that users can receive messages while offline.The system has been applied in the decision-management platform for smart agricultural machinery in Hebei Province,and the effect is good.
