Toxoplasmosis gondii is a single-celled protozoa parasitic in a variety of animals. It has a very wide range of intermediate hosts including birds, mammals and humans. It is worth noting that food and water sources with Toxoplasma oocysts are important ways for people to infect Toxoplasma gondii, while female animals are the population with more deaths.Chlamydia is Gram-negative bacteria, parasitic in the cell,a wide range of species,of which the main zoonotic Chlamydia is Chlamydia psittaci.Animals suffering from this disease can lead to pneumonia, conjunctivitis, encephalitis and other symptoms.Hepatitis E is common in resource-scarce countries. It is mainly transmitted by mouth. The clinical manifestations of hepatitis E infection include jaundice, hepatitis, liver failure, and some other non-hepatic symptoms.Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV)is a single-stranded positive-stranded RNA virus belonging to the flaviviridae family. It can cause zoonotic natural epidemic infectious diseases, such as Japanese encephalitis(JE),poultry and other animals, can be infected. The main manifestation of JE is damage to the central nervous system. In the first part of this study,1024 blood samples of chickens, ducks and geese from different areas of Jilin Province were collected, and indirect hemagglutination test was used to detect and analyze the blood samples. The results showed that the positive rate of serum Chlamydia antibody was 21.0% in three kinds of poultry, and the risk factors were culture mode and age,but there was no significant difference in species, sex and region. The positive rate of serological Toxoplasma gondii antibodies in three poultry species was 10.6%.The risk factors were breeding methods, areas and ages.In the second part of this study, three poultry samples were collected and tested for encephalitis B and hepatitis E by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and then risk factors were analyzed. The results showed that the positive rate of anti-hepatitis E antibody in all samples was 6.5%.And the risk factors showed that only age had a correlation with the positive rate, while other factors, such as gender, species, different regions and breeding methods, had no significant difference. The positive rate of Japanese encephalitis virus antibody detected by ELISA with three kinds of poultry enzymes was 3.0%.The results of risk factor analysis showed that there were no significant differences in the factors of breeding difference, age, sex, region and varieties. This study investigated the prevalence of toxoplasmosis, chlamydia, hepatitis E and encephalitis B in three poultry populations in seven different areas of Jilin Province, including chickens, ducks and geese. This study provided basic data for the prevalence of toxoplasmosis, chlamydia, hepatitis E and encephalitis B in poultry in Jilin Province, and also provided important basis for formulating treatment programs and strengthening prevention and control measures. It has a certain role in the prevention and control of these diseases and guiding the development of local poultry breeding.
