With the improvement of living standard,people consumer demand of food has gradually changed from demand of food quantity to demand of food quality,nutrition,health and food safety gained more and more focus from consumers.Rice is one of the most important food rations for Chinese residents.Due to its advanced geographical location and ecological conditions,Jilin Rice is widely welcomed by consumers nationwide in terms of taste and eating quality,In order to obtain improper benefits,unscrupulous businessmen used seconds or even bads instead of the best goods,its seriously affected the reputation of Jilin Rice in the market,also caused great losses to Jilin Rice industry.Therefore,it is very important to use the necessary technical means to trace the origin of Jilin Rice and ensure the authenticity of Jilin Rice origin.With the popularization of Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),The techniques of agricultural products origin tracing based on fingerprint analysis of multi-mineral elements has been widely recognized for its simplicity,rapidity and accuracy.Through looking up lots of references,a high-throughput ICP-MS method for the rapid determination of 26 mineral elements(include Be,Na,Mg,Al,P,K,Ca,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Rb,Sr,Mo,Cd,Sb,Ba,Tl,Pb,U)in soil and rice has been developed on the basis of previous studies.The conditions of electrothermal digestion of soil and rice samples and the conditions of instrumental analysis were optimized and screened.After investigation,the method has high accuracy,precision and sensitivity,wide linear range.It's accurate and reliable.All the indexes meet the requirements of relevant national standards and are suitable for the simultaneous determination of 26 elements in soil and rice.The method established by researching was applied on quantitative analysis of 26 mineral elements in soil samples and rice samples which were collected from Changchun region,Jilin region,Tonghua region,Songyuan region and Yanji region in Jilin province in 2017 and 2018(41 soil samples and 41 rice samples were collected in 2017,59 soil samples and 59 rice samples were collected in 2018,respectively).The results of correlation analysis of mineral element contents in soil and rice in the same area and different years in the same area and different areas by SIMCA software show that,it is feasible to trace the origin of rice produced in five different areas of Jilin Province based on the fingerprint technique of mineral elements.(Assign values to samples from different areas as categorical variable Y,and take the element content of samples as variable X;Use the regression analysis between the element content X and categorical variable Y,establish PLS regression model;According to the established model,calculate the categorical variable of unknown samples,compare the values of the categorical variable with standard values to determine the origin of unknown samples).Based on 26 mineral elements in rice from five areas of Jilin Province in 2017 which is regarded as experimental data,the traceability model of Jilin Province was established by using the partial least squares algorithm model of SIMCA software.The accuracy of the model prediction was examined by measuring the 26 mineral elements in rice from five regions in 2018.The accuracy of tracing origin in Changchun region,Jilin region,Tonghua region,Songyuan region and Yanji region were 85.7%,95.9%,61.5%,62.5% and 70.8%,respectively.The result shows that the accuracy of tracing the origin of rice in different producing areas of Jilin province is high by using the fingerprint technique of mineral elements.
