This experiment selected blueberry from the small berry base of Jilin Agricultural University.Specifically,according to the local environment,the selected cultivar was 8-year-old Cornville.Experiment 1: 15 fruiting branches were pruned to varying degrees;Experiment 2: 30 long,medium and short fruiting branches were labeled.The main contents of the experiment included the effects of the number and type of fruiting branches on the growth characteristics of blueberry,the effects of pruning amount on the internal and external quality of fruit,the differences between the external and internal quality of fruit between different types of fruiting branches,the photosynthetic characteristics of different types of fruiting branches and the effects of pruning amount of fruiting branches on the photosynthetic characteristics.The test results show that:Previously,there was no comprehensive study on fruiting branch type and pruning amount of fruiting branch in blueberry.This experiment carried out a comprehensive study on Blueberry based on the principle of superior species and superior planting.Because blueberry has similar biological characteristics,this paper selected eight-year-old Cornville,which is slightly better in single fruit quality.If you want to pursue single fruit quality,when pruning fruiting branch,it is correct.The short fruiting branches can be retained as far as possible without affecting the overall growth of the tree.But on the other hand,the fruit setting rate of short fruiting branch is lower than that of medium fruiting branch and long fruiting branch,which shows that the premise of choosing pruning quantity fruiting branch type is to pay attention to market demand and the effect of results to be pursued,and how to retain fruiting branch type according to actual demand and situation needs further research.This experiment selects the bilberry in the small berry base of Jilin Agricultural University.The experimental data is based on the local environment.In this experiment,the fruit shape index of 8-year-old "Conwell" blueberry was higher than that of middle-bearing branch and shorter-bearing branch.Because most blueberries are close to flat circle,the bigger the fruit shape index is,the fuller the shape is.The results showed that the soluble sugar of short fruiting branch fruit was 0.4% higher than that of middle fruiting branch fruit,and the soluble sugar of short fruiting branch fruit was 0.41% higher than that of long fruiting branch fruit.The content of soluble sugar and soluble solids is an important content to determine the quality of fruit.It can be concluded that the fruit with short fruit branches has better comprehensive internal quality.Fruit setting rate was 45% without pruning fruiting branch,47% with pruning amount of fruiting branch 1/5,58% with pruning rate of 2/5,63% with pruning amount of 3/5 and 68% with fruit setting rate of 4/5.With the increase of pruning amount of fruiting branch,fruit setting rate also showed an upward trend.Different pruning amount has different effects on single fruit weight of blueberry.When pruning amount of fruiting branch was 3/5 and 4/5,fruit setting rate was heavier and fruit setting rate was 3/5.The comprehensive quality is good.Photosynthesis reflects the ability of plants to produce organic matter.Improving plant photosynthesis is one of the most effective ways to achieve high yield.The experiment showed that the pruning amount of fruiting branch had some influence on Photosynthetic parameters.The larger the pruning amount,the higher the transpiration rate of leaves.In a word,B3 treatment was better than other treatments.In a word,when the pruning amount of fruiting branch was 3/5,the photosynthesis of "Conwell" blueberry was the most obvious.
