Nutrient solution is an important environment for the growth of spirulina.The quality and yield of spirulina are directly affected by nutrient solution.Therefore,efficient and accurate allocation of nutrient solution is the basis of spirulina culture.At present,traditional spirulina aquaculture in China is facing the problems of uneven automation and large-scale industrialized aquaculture.In order to improve the output and quality of spirulina and reduce manual work,this paper mainly designs and optimizes the process of nutrient solution allocation,and puts forward a design scheme of nutrient solution configuration system based on PLC for spirulina.In this paper,the background,significance and development of the research are introduced firstly.Then the process and control of the nutrient solution configuration system for spirulina are analyzed.Due to the control object have the characteristic of nonlinear,large time-delay and time-varying parameters,compared with the traditional control method,fuzzy-PID control method for the PH value in the process of the nutrient solution configuration for spirulina is more suitable.The control system is simulated by MATLAB,and the superiority of the self-control method is illustrated by comparing with the traditional PID control method.Then the hardware structure of the system is described,which consists of two parts:the scene slave station and the monitoring station.The master station is composed of upper computer and touch screen and the slave station is mainly composed of detection module,Siemens PLC and execution module.Finally,the programming software STEP7 is used to complete the programming of PLC control program,and the friendly human-machine interface is designed by configuration software.Finally,the anti-interference design is carried out to make the system run stably.The design of nutrient solution configuration system for spirulina based on PLC is proposed,the process was studied deeply and improved,the problem about carbon supply was solved,and the continuous culture of spirulina could be realized;Through simulation and analog,the parameters of configuration process could be monitored and simulated.Fuzzy-PID control behaves well,which can achieve stable and reliable operation effect;Monitoring room can use configuration software to monitor the production process,which can achieve real-time monitor and the stability is high,the system runs stable and reliable,with strong versatility,the Internet of Things and fully integrated automated aquaculture development has important significance.
