As a unique landscape of Tianmu Mountain since ancient times,Cryptomeria fortunei has important scientific research value and ecological significance.However,with the continuous deterioration of various aspects in recent years,the Tianmu Mountain Cryptomeria fortunei has been increasingly stressed by the environment,and Cryptomeria fortunei population has a large area.The phenomenon of recession,the survival of Cryptomeria fortunei population in Tianmu Mountain has become precarious.In order to prevent furtther degradation of Cryptomeria fortunei population in Tianmu Mountain,and to provide better suggestions for the health protection of Cryptomeria fortunei population in Tianmu Mountain,this paper studies the effect of tumor disease on the health of Cryptomeria fortunei.And the health factors of Cryptomeria fortunei in the two aspects of the effect of soil pH on the health of Cryptomeria fortunei at different altitudes,experiments on the prevention and treatment of three kinds of tumor diseases such as lime application,nutrient solution and spray nutrient solution,through the sample of Cryptomeria fortunei determination of tumor density and diameter,growth of new shoots,relative chlorophyll content,fluorescence parameters and other physiological indicators,the following results:1.In terms of health impact factors of Cryptomeria fortunei,the results of studies on the effects of soil pH and tumor disease on the health of Cryptomeria fortunei at different altitudes show that with the increase of altitude,the average value of soil pH in the past three years is gradually low,indicating acid rain.The degree of pollution gradually increases with the increase of altitude.Tianmu Mountain is located at a high latitude above 500 meters above sea level.The soil pH of the sampling point is less than 6,and the acidity of soil in the low altitude area has also decreased significantly in the past three years.The reason is that on the one hand,the development of industry in recent years has made the influence of acid rain on the low altitude area of Tianmu Mountain increasing.On the other hand,the low-altitude area is greatly affected by human factors such as tourism development,which produces soil pollutants and enhances soil acidity.In the study of the relationship between the tumor disease and the health status of Cryptomeria fortunei,it can be found that the high-altitude Cryptomeria fortunei is affected by acid rain and tumor disease,and the health evaluation indicators are lower than the low-altitude Cryptomeria fortunei,but low.The growth of Cryptomeria fortunei in the elevation area is further affected by the disease of the tumor disease,and the damage of the sclerotia to Cryptomeria fortunei in the low-altitude area is also becoming more and more serious.2.The experiment results of Cryptomeria fortunei recession prevention method show that the lime method can increase the pH value of the soil,reduce the soil acidity under Cryptomeria fortunei tree,and enhance the activity of soil nitrite reductase,but improve the growth of Cryptomeria fortunei shoots and the relative chlorophyll content.It is not significant.How much amount of quicklime applied in different pH soils is most suitable for the growth of Cryptomeria fortunei,which needs further study;the nutrient solution can improve the maximum or potential quantum efficiency of the PSII of Cryptomeria fortunei and enhance the resistance of trees.The disease ability,thus controlling the increase in the number of tumors and the growth of the diameter,and enhancing the photosynthetic capacity of the trees;the method of spraying the nutrient solution can more directly make the nutrient solution absorbed by the Cryptomeria fortunei branches and leaves,but also makes the nutrient solution is absorbed by the tumor,which accelerates the growth of the tumor and does not inhibit the progression of the tumor.
