The cultivation of Lentinula edodes relies heavily on hardwood resources.The development of new cultivation matrices has positive significance for alleviating the contradiction of bacterial forests and protecting ecological balance.The resources of Phyllostachys heterocycla(Carr.)Mitford cv.Pubescens provide sufficient resource conditions for the development of bamboo chips for cultivation of Lentinula edodes.As a new type of substrate for cultivating mushrooms,it will help to alleviate the serious shortage of timber supply in China and will also play an important role in promoting ecological construction.In this paper,the mushrooms 'L808','0912','Qigke 212' are used as test strains,and three kinds of bamboo sawdust ratios(2:3,1:1 and 3:2)and three kinds of wheat bran are set.Different additions(17%,20%and 23%)are designed to orthogonal test and orthogonal analysis to analyze the effect of partial replacement of sawdust on the growth of mushroom.The results showed that:(1)In terms of mycelial growth,multiple comparison analysis,the effect of different strains on mycelial growth rate is not significant(p>0.05);the different ratios of bamboo sawdust have a significant effect on mycelial growth(p<0.001),and the growth rate of mycelium in each treatment is 1:1>2:3>3:2,the growth rate of mycelium is the fastest with bamboo sawdust ratio 1:1.When the bamboo sawdust ratio is 3:2,the growth rate is 14.22%lower than that of bamboo sawdust ratio 1:1,and the difference is extremely significant(p<0.001);the different addition amount of wheat bran have a significant effect on mycelial growth(p<0.05),the overall increase in the amount of wheat bran added 23%is the fastest in the growth of treated hyphae.(2)In terms of the yield of mushrooms There is no significant difference in the total yield of the strains '0912' and 'Qingke 212'.Both bamboo sawdust ratios of 2:3 and 1:1 can achieve good yield effects.The total yield of mushrooms treated with bamboo sawdust ratio(1:1)is the highest(580.679g·rod-1),but the total yield of mushrooms(557.800g·stick-1)with bamboo sawdust ratio(2:3)is not significant diferences(p=0.204)are significantly higher than bamboo sawdust ratio(3:2)treatment(p<0.001);A lower amount of wheat bran reduce the total yield of shiitake mushrooms,among which the wheat bran addition(17%)treatment is significantly lower than the wheat bran addition(20%)treatment and wheat bran addition(23%).Treatment,the decline reach 10.38%and 8.65%.(3)In terms of morphological characteristics of fruiting bodies,The 'L808' fruiting body product trait performed best.The single mushroom weight and cap diameter of 'L808' fruiting body are significantly higher than '0912' and'Qingke 212'(p<0.001),'L2808' and 'Qingke 212'the cap thickness is significantly higher than '0912'(p<0.001);Adding more bamboo shavings reduce the thickness of the mushroom cover Bamboo sawdust ratio(3:2)treatment produced fruit body cover thickness is lower than bamboo sawdust ratio(2:3)and bamboo sawdust ratio(1:1)12.04,12.59%,and the difference is extremely significant(p<0.001);A lower amount of wheat bran can increase the weight of the mushroom and the diameter of the cap.The amount of wheat gluten added(17%)produced by the fruit body single mushroom weight and cap diameter is significantly higher than the wheat bran addition(20%)and wheat bran addition(23%)(p<0.001).(4)In terms of nutrient composition of fruiting bodies,the strain,bamboo sawdust ratio and wheat bran addition have no significant effect on the content of lentinan(p>0.05).The '0912' fruit body has the highest crude protein content The crude protein content of '0912' fruiting body is 77.78%higher than that of 'Qingke 212',and the difference is significant(p<0.05),which is different from 'L808' but the difference is not significant;Adding more bamboo shavings reduce the crude protein content of Lentinus edodes fruit body.The crude protein content of bamboo sawdust ratio(2:3)is 85.71%and 52.94%higher than that of bamboo sawdust ratio(1:1)treatment and bamboo sawdust ratio(3:2),respectively,and the difference is significant(p<0.05).There is no significant difference in bamboo sawdust ratio(1:1)treatment and bamboo sawdust ratio(3:2)treatment(p>0.05);the raw protein crude protein treated with wheat bran addition(20%)is significantly higher than wheat bran addition(17%)treatment and wheat bran addition(23%)treatment(p<0.05).There is no significant effect of the amount of strain and wheat bran on the ash content(p>0.05),but the bamboo sawdust have a significant effect on the ash content(p<0.05).Both the bamboo sawdust ratio(2:3)and the bamboo sawdust ratio(1:1)significantly increase the ash content of the 'L808' and 'Qingke 212' fruit bodies(p<0.05).
