The effects of different organic fertilizers on the growth and nutrient absorption of flue-cured tobacco and the mineralization of soil carbon and nitrogen were studied by field experiments.The experiment was conducted in Pingdi Town,Renhe District,Panzhihua City,Sichuan Province in 2018.5 treatments were set for the experiment: T1: no organic fertilizer was applied(contrast);T2: Straw;T3: Farmyard manure;T4: Oil cake;T5: Farm manure + Oil cake,each treatment 3 times repeat.The mineralization of soil organic carbon,organic matter,total nitrogen and the nutrient absorption of flue-cured tobacco nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium were studied under the application of different organic fertilizers.The results were as follows:1.Application of organic fertilizer can significantly increase the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco.During the topping period,the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco treated with straw,farm-manure,compared with the control group,oil cake and farm-manure +oil cake respectively increased by 8.32%,27.47%,52.89% and 27.04%.Compared with each treatment treated with organic fertilizer,oil cake treatment had a significant effect on improving the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco.During the flue-cured tobacco harvesting period,the dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco overground,root,lower leaf and upper leaf increased by 24.28%,21.13%,24.53% and 76.11%,respectively.The results showed that the application of oil residue was beneficial to the accumulation of dry matter in flue-cured tobacco.2.From the perspective of nitrogen accumulation in flue-cured tobacco,there was a significant positive correlation between nitrogen absorption and dry matter accumulation in flue-cured tobacco before roasting.The nitrogen accumulation in the overground part of the oil-drying treatment was significantly higher than that in other treatments after the flue-cured tobacco growing group period,and significantly increased by 41.28%,54.04% and 30.33% in the growth boom period,the topping period and the harvest period,respectively,compared with the control group.In the harvest period,the nitrogen accumulation in flue-cured tobacco roots,lower tobacco leaves and upper tobacco leaves increased by 60.50%,96.78% and 86.16%,respectively.3.The treatments of farm-house fertilizer,oil-house fertilizer,and oil-house fertilizer +oil-house fertilizer significantly increased the phosphorus accumulation of flue-cured tobacco,with the phosphorus accumulation of 22.94%,19.02% and 28.24% increased in the harvest period compared with that of the control overground part,7.02%,12.72% and 13.95% increased in the root part.Compared with the treatment with organic fertilizer,the accumulation of phosphorus in flue-cured tobacco was significantly improved by the treatment with oil cake,and the accumulation of phosphorus in middle and upper leaves was 11.59% and 58.02% higher than that in the control,while the accumulation of phosphorus in lower leaves was not significantly different from that in the control,indicating that the application of oil cake in flue-cured tobacco was beneficial to the absorption of phosphorus in middle and upper leaves.4.Organic fertilizer can promote the absorption of potassium in the flue-cured tobacco,in topping stage and harvest time,fertilizer applying machine processing of above-ground potassium accumulation of flue-cured tobacco were significantly higher than that of control,among them,the oil cake processing to improve the effect of the accumulation of potassium in the flue-cured tobacco is most significantly,when it comes to the harvest time of the flue-cured tobacco,the ground of potassium accumulation increased by 20.52% than control.root,lower tobacco leaves and upper leaves increased significantly than control respectively 13.80%,39.00% and 86.47%.5.The ratio of yield,output value and quality of flue-cured tobacco treated with oil cake was significantly higher than that of other treatments.Compared with single fertilizer application,the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco increased by 591.00kg/hm2 and 6401.25 yuan/hm2,respectively.6.Organic fertilizer has increased the soil organic matter,organic carbon,total carbon content,and over time the content of organic matter,organic carbon,total nitrogen in the soil showed a trend of gradually reduce.In topping stage flue-cured tobacco growth period,compared between organic fertilizer processing,oil cake processing of soil organic matter,organic carbon,total nitrogen content is higher,the mineralization rate is bigger,which are advantageous to the mineral elements in soil and plant transformation.According to the comprehensive analysis,the application of oil residue can promote the growth and nutrient absorption of flue-cured tobacco,increase the content of mineral elements in soil,and improve the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.
