This study investigated the impact prouduced by the refined organic fertilizer on therelated factors of Flue-cured tobacco varieties constituting ofK326,ZhongYan100,QinYan96,YinYan87and YuYan6using a randomized completeblock design.The research content mainly included the field agronomic traits,theTobacco leaves of conventional chemical composition,the Tobacco acidic and neutralaroma substances,the economic benefit and the Rhizosphere soil enzyme activity oftobacco plant and the rhizosphere soil microorganism.The main research contents andresults are presenting as follows:1.The agronomic traits of Flue-cured tobacco field,Yu Yan6plant was relativelylow,the girth of thicker, leaf area was relatively large, relatively more effective leafnumber;Qin Yan96plant height was relatively high, stem circumference diameter,leaf area was relatively large;The comparison of economic benefit,YuYan6andQinYan96economic performance was good, and the performance of the K326wasthe worst, Zhon yan100and Yunyan87was middle.In summary, Yuyan6was thebest, followed by Qinyan96, the worst performance was K326.2.Chemical components of flue-cured tobacco samples, The potassium and chlorinecontent in central lobe of QinYan96and YuYan6changed sharply by using refinedorganic fertilizer,as the content of potassium was significantly higher than others aschlorine lower than others.Likewise their ratio of potassium and chlorine content wassignificantly higher than others, sugar and alkali harmonious,Other chemicalcomponents were under standard range of high quality tobacco leaves.3.Through the K326,Zhongyan100,Qinyan96,Yunyan87,Yuyan6,flue-cured tobaccovarieties in malic acid, oxalic acid and citric acid content determination, Yuyan6malicacid was the highest,and Yunyan87malic acid content was the lowest; Qinyan96oxalic and citric acid content was the highest; Yuyan6oxalic acid and citric acidcontent was the lowest; the content of malic acid,oxalic acid of Zhongyan100andK326in the middle; Thereinto,malic acid in YuYan6was highest,YunYan87lowest.4. On the determination of32kinds of neutral aroma components in K326, Zhongyan 100,Qinyan96,Yunyan87, Yuyan6Flue-cured tobacco varieties.The isophorone ofYuyan6was more than other varieties,but less5-hydroxymethyl furfural, Zhongyan100and Qinyan96less β-cyclocitral;The emergence of this situation may be due tothe difference between different varieties, caused by the concrete reason needs furtherresearch.The contents of aroma substances in other neutral, qroma components intobacco Yunyan87neutral are higher than other varieties of flue-cured tobacco,thetotal contents of neutral aroma substances of the highest, followed by Yuyan6andQinyan96, Zhongyan100is the weakest.5. Soil enzyme activities in rhizosphere of flue cured tobacco, K326invertase influe-cured tobacco, before and mid activity was relatively large, the late activity wasrelatively small; QinYan96sucrose activity in the late was significantly higher thanother varieties; in the mature stage, urease activity of Yunyan87was significantlyhigher than other treatments, QinYan96urease is Yunyan87was the lowest; in themedium of phosphatase activity is relatively low, the late activity was relatively high,Yu Yan6phosphatase activity in the medium of high activity was relatively low in thelate. The variation trend of Invertase activity in flue-cured tobacco hasassumedunimodal curve during rosette stage,fast growing period and mature period,and theactivity increased from rosettle stage to fast growing period,otherwise,declining fromfast growing period to mature period.Urease activity in flue-cured tobacco presenteddownward trend.Soil phosphatase activity showed linear growth,rising from rosettestage to fast growing period to mature period.Rhizosphere soil enzyme activitybetween different flue-cured tobacco varieties displayed significant difference indifferent growth period.Refined organic fertilizer had the greatest effect on QinYan96for the rhizosphere soil enzyme activity,and the Invertase activity and Soilphosphatase activity were significantly higher than other processing.However Ureaseactivity was significantly lower than other processing,whathelped reducing theabsorptionof nitrogenby flue-cured tobacco,increasing the absorption of phosphorusand other nutrients of tobacco plant and preventing the tobacco planttaking off the fatin the later.Refined organic fertilizer had the weakest effect on QinYan96for therhizosphere soil enzyme activity.6. Refined organic fertilizer had the greatest effect on YuYan6for the number of soilbacteriaand soil actinomycetessignificantly higher than other processing,which maybe good for the absorption of nutrients and increase the resistance of disease.Thenumber of soil fungi about QinYan96was sharply lower than that about others,what would reduce the incidence of infection of tobacco plant fungi disease in the last stage.The number of rhizosphere microorganisms of flue-cured tobacco varietiesprocessedby fefined organic fertilizer was present regularly dynamic changeduring the wholegrowth period,specificly, the number of rhizosphere microorganismsincreased fromrosettle stage to fast growing period,in the contrast,declining from fast growing periodto mature period,and the number in the mature period was more than that in rosettlestage.The number of soil fungi and the number of soil bacteria had roughly the samechange trend, but the number of soil fungiin the mature periodwas less than thatinrosettle stage.The number of soil actinomycetes rose persistenetly from rosette stageto fast growing period to mature period.The number of rhizospheremicroorganismsbetween different flue-cured tobacco varieties displayed significantdifference in different growth period.To sum up, through the use of refined organic fertilizer, in the rhizospheremicroorganism, was conductive to the improvement of Yuyan6rhizosphere soilbacteria and actinomycetes; soil enzyme activities of rhizosphere was relatively high,promote Yuyan6growth, improve the yield of tobacco; significantly increased thecontent of Yuyan6and Qinyan96potassium, and can reduce the content of chlorine intobacco leaves, the ratio of total sugar to nicotine increased coordination; Yuyan6tobacco content acidic aroma components in tobacco;Yuyan6neutral induced higharomatic matter content, the proportion of high quality tobacco and economic benefitwere the best.
