| Xuzhou City,is the main production and processing of planting and breeding in the region of Jiangsu province,various agricultural and sideline products processing enterprises developing rapidly,with companies included Shengyang,Vivian main characteristics of vegetables,high quality rice and wheat,milk processing industry,formed in the production,processing,and sales of three in one development pattern.Making use of the dominant advantage of agriculture,giving full play to the various functions of the cooperatives,the extension of industry chain,improve a number of common interests let the farmers,better experience the whole industry chain of value-added services.This paper is mainly based on combing the literature at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the status of planting and aquaculture in Xuzhou and the status of the cooperative development.Through the analysis of the behavior of farmers' participation in the operation of different cooperatives and the comparison of the typical cases in the operation mechanism of the two types of cooperatives,the differences of the two types of cooperatives are proposed.Finally,combined with the characteristics of Xuzhou's industrial development,some suggestions are put forward.The first is to compare the differences between the farming and the breeding industry.This part first describes the characteristics of the cooperative,and then analyses the differences between the two types of cooperatives from the perspective of the industrial chain of planting and aquaculture,specifically in the age level,the development model,the behavior of participation in democracy and the industrial chain.Direction,economic benefits.The two is to carry out a questionnaire survey to the farmers of the cultivation and breeding cooperatives,mainly from the basic characteristics of the members,the unified service system,the participation of democracy and the distribution of surplus,and the use of case analysis method,select the strawberry cooperative and the otter rabbit cooperative,and list the operation mechanism of the two types of cooperatives.It is found that the two types of cooperatives are different from product characteristics,industrial clusters,market mechanisms,government support,environmental protection and other factors.Three,according to the above analysis,the main problems and suggestions are drawn:first,from the angle of planting cooperatives,the scale of the planting cooperatives is small and the village collective units are mainly the main;the democratic degree of the cooperatives is high,the level of the members' culture is low;the industrial chain of the cooperatives is short,the leading enterprises are less connected,and the consciousness of resisting risk is weak,Lack of financial credit support,therefore,the planting cooperatives expand the scale of cooperatives,strengthen joint cooperation,improve the standard service level,strengthen the development of agricultural insurance,strengthen the professional training of farmers,improve the quality of science and technology,extend the industrial chain of planting industry,and innovate the management system of the industry.Second,from the angle of aquaculture cooperatives,the breeding grounds of the farming industry cooperatives are restricted,the environmental pollution is serious;the democratic participation of the cooperatives is low,the power of the large shareholders concentrates;the management system is not sound,the implementation mode of the benefit distribution is not standard;the policy support is not enough,and the internal supervision is lack.Therefore,the breeding cooperatives should rationally plan the breeding origin,build the green industry development,attach importance to the development of the cooperative industrialization,strengthen the connection between the leading enterprises and the farmers,strengthen the democratic management system,standardize the internal management,strengthen the guidance of the government and improve the policy support system. |
