Study On The Development Of Characteristic Breeding Industry Of Silky Fowl In Xingwen County,Sichuan Province

Developing modern agriculture and using industrialization mode to manage agriculture are not only the key guarantee for the construction of modern new countryside,but also the basic guarantee for the sustainable development of national economy.How to give full play to the comparative advantages of modern agriculture,actively develop modern agriculture with national and local characteristics,manage agriculture by professional means,and promote the development of agriculture on a large scale can not only actively improve agriculture.The commodity rate of products can also promote farmers' income and agricultural efficiency,and actively promote the industrialization of agriculture.At present,the mountain Silky fowl has developed on a preliminary scale in Xingwen County,Sichuan Province,with an annual output of more than 2.5 million chickens and an output value of 210 million yuan.It has become an important development industry for local rural residents to increase their income and get rid of poverty.Firstly,this paper analyses and defines the "characteristic breeding industry",then combines the relative theories of comparative advantage and competitive advantage,analyses the theoretical basis of the industrialization development of mountain Silky fowl in Xingwen County,Sichuan Province,and considers that the breeding of Silky fowl needs to follow the theory of comparative advantage and competitive advantage,only in this way can we make full use of its resource advantages to develop and strengthen production.Industry.Secondly,using SWOT tool analysis,we found that the mountain Silky fowl in Xingwen County has the advantages of resources and environment,basic development advantages,development cost advantages and so on.Opportunities for development are that the government attaches great importance to the development of Silky fowl industry,has huge market potential,promotes the development of characteristic industries through county-enterprise cooperation,develops opportunities for national large-scale projects and opportunities for national treatment.Thirdly,this paper analyzed the problems and reasons of the industrialization development of mountain silky chicken in Xingwen County.The main problems are as follows: Silky fowl characteristic breeding industry is still in the primary stage,and there are still bottlenecks in the development of low breeding level,low level of industrialization development,weak market competitiveness of products,loss of labor force,impact of foreign brands,difficulties in financing industry loans and so on.The main reasons for these problems are: low cultural quality of farmers,weak awareness of industrialization development,lack of practical technical personnel in rural areas,imperfect supporting services for industrial development and inadequate government support.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the characteristic breeding industry of mountain Silky fowls in Xingwen County.First,we should make full use of modern science and technology to continuously improve the breeding level and improve the breeding system so as to ensure that there are pure breeds and good races of mountain Silky fowls in Xingwen County.Secondly,based on the development of the original mountain Silky fowl,taking the deep processing and research of Silky fowl as the main development direction,we should implement large-scale breeding,improve the industrialization system of Silky fowl,and cultivate the original mountain Silky fowl with outstanding local characteristics and strong competitiveness,so as to effectively meet the modern market and consumer demand.Third,through expanding the marketing system,strengthening the brand building of Silky fowl and innovating the marketing mode of Silky fowl products,we will accelerate the establishment and improvement of the product marketing network system.Fourthly,we should constantly broaden financing channels and strengthen policy support by improving industrial capital support mechanism,optimizing interest linkage mechanism,improving investment and financing mechanism,and establishing risk prevention mechanism.Fifth,we should strengthen service guidance,deepen the construction of farmers' professional cooperatives,and improve the construction of Technology Extension Service system.
