Aiming at that the problems of the current mechanized single seed sowing effect of garlic is not significant,the phenomenon of missed seeding and replanting is serious,and the rate of bud upward is low,a new seed metering and righting structure of garlic is developed.The discrete element technology is used to calibrate the discrete element particle parameters of Lanling garlic,and the dynamic model of seed metering and garlic seed righting is established.The process characteristics of garlic seed arrangement and righting were studied and verified by experiments.(1)In the process of parameter calibration of garlic particle discrete element model,the elastic recovery coefficient and static friction coefficient are measured by physical test,and the rolling friction coefficient between garlic seed and between garlic seed and steel plate which is not easy to be measured is calibrated by simulation test.The results of parameter calibration are as follows: the elastic recovery coefficient of garlic seed-steel plate is 0.511,the elastic recovery coefficient of garlic seed-garlic seed is 0.487,and the static friction coefficient of garlic species and steel plate is 0.473 The static friction coefficient of garlic seed is 0.503,the rolling friction coefficient of garlic seed steel plate is 0.111,and the rolling friction coefficient of garlic seed garlic seed steel plate is 0.108.The discrete element model parameters of garlic seed granules calibrated in this paper are accurate and effective through the angle of repose test.(2)In the process of garlic seed metering,this paper establishes a discrete element model of seed metering mechanism,which is verified by the comparative test between indoor and simulation.The simulation analyzes the movement characteristics of garlic seed in the seed box,clarifies the movement rules of garlic seed in the corresponding areas of different outfalls,analyzes the structural parameters and working parameters that affect the movement state of garlic population in the seed box,and two factors and three levels orthogonal test were carried out to optimize the working parameters of the spindle rod.(3)In the process of garlic seed righting,this paper establishes the discrete element model of the righting mechanism,clarifies the movement characteristics of garlic seed in the bending spring,analyzes the influence factors of the mechanism parameters on the righting effect of garlic seed,and designs the three factors,three levels and two times regression test of spring bending,spring pitch and spring inner diameter with Box-Benhnken central combination test method,and carries out the righting simulation test.The response surface mathematical model is established by using Design Expert software.The interaction of various factors on the response value is analyzed.The parameters are optimized and the optimal combination of working parameters is solved.The indoor test shows that the upward rate of bulbil is 95.96%,which shows that the prediction results of the model are consistent with the actual situation,and the model can be used to optimize the working condition parameters of garlic righting process.
