| At present,cassava planting is still mainly manual.Pre-cut seed cassava planting machine can effectively improve the mechanization rate of cassava planting and improve the seeding efficiency,which is of great significance to the process of cassava industry mechanization.However,the lack of research on its seed metering device has restricted the development of pre-cut seed cassava planters.Therefore,innovating the design of the seed metering device,using advanced simulation methods to study the seeding mechanism of the first-level seeding mechanism of the seed metering device,and optimizing the relevant parameters of the seeding mechanism provide an important theoretical basis for the optimal design of the seed metering device.In this paper,a new pre-cut seed cassava planter seeding device is designed according to the agronomic requirements of cassava planting,and then the first-level seeding mechanism of the seeding device is taken as the main research object,and the cassava seed stem is established by discrete element Discrete element model,calibrate the simulation-related parameters,and then use the discrete element method to build a first-level seeding mechanism seeding dynamics simulation model,explore its seeding mechanism,and obtain the influencing factors of seeding uniformity,and finally use the simulation test The design method establishes the mathematical model of the influencing factors and the uniformity index of seeding,studies the influencing rules and mechanism of each factor,and optimizes the parameters of the influencing factors by using the optimization method of multi-objective function.The result shows:(1)The cassava seed stem-discrete element simulation model of the first-level seeding mechanism system modeling method is feasible.(2)The influencing factors of seed uniformity of the first-level seeding mechanism are the inclination angle of the seed box guide plate,the height of the side plate of the seed box,the diameter of the seed plate of the seed box,the length of the seed scoop and the lifting speed of the seed spoon.(3)As the inclination angle of the seed box guide plate increases,the coefficient of variation of empty scoop rate and seeding uniformity decreases;as the side plate height of the seed box increases,the empty scoop rate decreases;as the seed box bearing plate As the diameter increases,the empty scoop rate increases;as the length of the scoop picking plate increases,both the empty scoop rate and the coefficient of variation of the seed uniformity decrease first and then increase.(4)When the inclination angle of the seed box guide plate is 47.29 °,the height of the side plate is 79.58 mm,the diameter of the seed plate is 136.74 mm,the length of the scoop scooping plate is 27.02 mm and the lifting speed of the scoop is 0.3 m / s,The seeding uniformity of the first-level seeding mechanism is optimal. |
