Peanut is one of the main oil crops in China and plays a major role in the competitive foreign exchange production.There is a certain gap between the mechanized harvest level of Chinese peanut and the developed countries.It is of great significance to reduce the resistance and improve the soil fragmentation in the process of peanut excavation.Based on the comparative analysis of typical Chinese peanut excavating shovel types and the impact of peanut excavating shovel on soil resistance,shear force of peanut main root and disturbance of peanut handle,this paper analyzes the different types of peanut excavating shovels.Based on three peanut varieties such as nonghua 16,huayu 20,and tieyinhua 2 as experimental samples,the information of the first toe of the worm’s forefoot was obtained by using Bionic reverse engineering principle,and the Bionic design and analysis of peanut excavating shovel were carried out.The Bionic worm and crawfish peanut excavating shovel has the effect of reducing excavation resistance and improving harvesting efficiency to reduce loss.The main research contents and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)Study on Physical and Mechanical Characteristics of Peanut PlantsBy testing the tensile strength of the different points of the fruit handle,it is concluded that the tensile strength at the contact point of the fruit handle is the least,and the fruit is the most easily broken.By testing the tensile strength of the main root of peanut,it is concluded that the maximum tensile strength of 16 is obtained and the tensile resistance to peanut excavation shovel is the largest.Through the shear strength test of the main root of peanut,it is found that the shear strength of iron lead flower No.2 is the largest,and the shear resistance of peanut excavating shovel is the largest.(2)Research on the Physical and Mechanical Properties of SoilBy measuring the soil moisture content and soil density at the soil layer where peanuts grow,it is found that the soil moisture content at the depth of 10 cm to 15 cm is 14.51 %,and the soil density is 1.89 g/cm;The results show that the soil fragmentation effect is best under the action of wedge surface,and the disturbance of peanut handle is least affected.(3)Static analysis and simulation of excavation shovelThe first toe paw of the worm’s front foot is taken as the Bionic object of the excavation shovel design,and the outline point information is obtained as the parameter of setting the Bionic excavation shovel.Using SolidWorks software to model and analyze the statics of Bionic excavation shovels and ordinary excavation shovels,the maximum stress on the bottom of Bionic excavation shovels under the same load is 7.01 x107(N/m).The ordinary excavation shovel is 1.07 x108(N/m).The results show that the bottom stress of Bionic excavating shovelunder the same load is much less than that of ordinary excavating shovel,and its performance is superior.Using EDEM software to perform discrete element simulation excavation at different speeds for Bionic excavation shovels and ordinary excavation shovels,the results show that at speeds of 0.25 m/s,0.35 m/s,and 0.45 m/s,The average resistance reduction rate of Bionic excavation shovel can reach 7.6 %,10 %,and 8.6 % respectively;At a speed of 0.35 m/s,the Bionic excavation shovel has an increase of 2.86 % compared to the debris of ordinary excavation shovels.The results show that the performance of Bionic excavating shovel is better than that of ordinary excavating shovel.
