Problems And Countermeasures Of Comprehensive Utilization Of Agricultural Straw In Pucheng County

Rural environmental problems are becoming more and more serious in China,among which improper resource allocation and low rate of return are one of the main reasons,resulting in a large amount of straw being wasted.Straw is a valuable renewable resource with important environmental improvement and soil fertility enhancement effects.Although China has a large number of crop straw resources,it has not been effectively developed and utilized for a long time.At present,with the development of agricultural science and technology,it is foreseeable that more efficient and greener fertilizer utilization technology will be developed and applied,and the cost and production benefit of fertilizer utilization will be optimized.China’s crop straw production is large and varied,and it has not been effectively developed for a long time.Farmers use straw for burning which not only wastes resources but also causes serious pollution to the environment,causing inconvenience to people’s lives,so it is necessary to make comprehensive use of straw to improve environmental pollution.Therefore,the research on comprehensive utilization of straw has important practical significance and research value.The comprehensive utilization of straw can not only improve the utilization rate of straw,but also save energy and protect the ecological environment.Comprehensive utilization of agricultural straw is one of the important directions for the sustainable development of modern agriculture,and Pucheng County,as a large agricultural county,is very rich in straw resources.However,there are still some problems in the comprehensive utilization of straw in Pucheng County,such as low resource utilization and weak environmental awareness.Therefore,this paper takes Pucheng County as an example to study the current situation and existing problems of comprehensive utilization of agricultural straw.Secondly,taking Pucheng County as an example,this paper analyzes its straw resources and the status quo of comprehensive straw utilization,and through questionnaire survey,we understand the comprehensive utilization of straw in Pucheng County,find the problems of comprehensive utilization of agricultural straw in Pucheng County,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The conclusions are as follows:The comprehensive utilization of agricultural straw in Pucheng County has the problems of farmers’ low willingness to comprehensive utilization of straw,high cost of mechanization,high cost of straw transportation,low degree of industrialization of comprehensive utilization of straw,lack of technical guidance and training on comprehensive utilization of straw,and insufficient policy support for comprehensive utilization of straw.In view of these problems,countermeasures and suggestions for the comprehensive utilization of agricultural straw in Pucheng County were proposed: pay attention to publicity and improve farmers’ awareness of comprehensive utilization of straw;Reduce costs and improve the comprehensive utilization level of straw;Scientific planning to promote the industrialization of straw utilization;Strengthen guidance on new technologies for the comprehensive utilization of farmers’ straw;Increase policy support for straw utilization.The results of this study can solve the problem of straw resource waste in Pucheng County,which has certain practical significance.
