The quality of veterinary drugs used in the prevention and treatment of diseases in the breeding industry directly affects the development of animal husbandry in China and the food safety of the people.Therefore,drug research and development must strictly control the quality of drugs.This topic combines the actual work to carry out the research and development and quality standards of rifaximin and quaternary ammonium salt new dosage forms.Cow hoof disease is one of the most important diseases in the dairy industry,which can cause lameness or even elimination of dairy cows.Under the current situation that there are not many drugs for dairy cow hoof disease in China and the selection range is relatively small,in order to further control the occurrence and development of dairy cow hoof disease,this study carried out a prescription screening test of the Rifaximin ointment and tested its content Methods were studied.The results showed that 79% vaseline,15% glycerin and 1% lanolin were used as excipients.The linear range of rifaximin ointment was from 40 to 160 g /mL,and the detection limit(LOD)was 0.2 g /mL and the quantitative limit(LOQ)was 0.6 g /mL.The recoveries ranged from 95.94% to 100.12%,the intraday coefficient of variation ranged from 2.59% to 3.10%,and the intraday coefficient of variation was <3.93%.Conclusion: This study is reliable in screening prescription,stable in preparation,sensitive,accurate and specific in content detection,which can meet the needs of rifaximin ointment.On August 3,2018,The first African swine fever epidemic was diagnosed in China.The rapid spread of the epidemic has caused great losses to the development of China's breeding industry,which is confronted with problems such as poor breeding environment,poor sanitation conditions,lack of innovation in disinfectant research and development,single types of disinfectants,and narrow selection range.Glutaraldehyde compound quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant has a good prospect due to its advantages of high bactericidal efficiency and low toxicity.Therefore,this project aims to develop a compound disinfectant of quaternary ammonium salt glutaraldehyde,and evaluate its efficacy through prescription screening and qualitative and quantitative experiments.Results: With the total amount of quaternary ammonium salt as the standard,the bactericidal rate of Staphylococcus aureus could reach99.9% in 3 minutes after dilution of 1:10,000.Dilution 1:10 000 20 min can kill escherichia coli,3minutes can make hemolytic streptococcus sterilization rate of 99.9%.Conclusion: The compound disinfectant composed of single and double chain quaternary ammonium salt and glutaraldehyde has a good killing effect on bacterial reproduction.
