Rice is the main food crop planted in the south and northeast area of China.The seed germination is the first step of rice planting which relate to the farmers' invested cost and rice harvest.The sprouting rate of rice seed depends on the water and temperature conditions provided artificially in the process of germination.The rice planting area in Heilongjiang Province is the representative of Northeast China,which has high latitude,big temperature difference between day and night,so it is difficult to control the temperature of rice seed germination accurately.The effect of rice seed germination device designed by farmers is worse.Large scale,precise control and intelligent seed soaking and germination system can reduce the cost input of farmers,increase the germination rate and survival rate of rice seeds,which is a very effective way of rice germination.In this paper,the delphi7 IDE and windows OS are used as PC to monitor and analyze the data of rice budding system,and the control operation of intelligent budding system is completed by using PLC as the core.The details are as follows:(1)Taking PLC as the core seed soaking and budding controller and drawing on the successful experience in the field of industrial automation,the intelligent and modular controller is developed and the data is exchanged by wireless communication with the upper computer management system.Complete function setup and control.The controller is composed of two types: the seed box controller and the water tank controller.The controller can be freely built according to the production scale,and the control function is completed through networking and coordination through the management system,and the system is expanded and flexible.Each functional module can be combined according to the requirements of users,which is easy to operate and maintain,stable and reliable,and can meet the needs of large and medium-sized centralized seed soaking and budding production in reclamation area.(2)According to the difference of water temperature,soaking time and heating time of rice bud seed in different working period in production industry,the system can realize the automatic control of constant temperature,power saving and non-saving electricity and the linkage of water tank and seed box through manual and automatic control.The water flow direction is controlled by the controller which includes water pump,water level gauge and electric valve.At the same time,thesystem also has the function of fault diagnosis and alarm device to remind the user.(3)The real-time temperature monitoring and data storage of rice germinating box were completed by using Delphi 7 integrated development environment and windows operating system as host computer and SQL server relational database as data storage background.The design and implementation of water-based rice germination acceleration system based on integrated intelligent control system and monitoring system of upper computer provide powerful support and guarantee for modern agricultural production.
