| With the progress of society and the development of modern animal husbandry,veterinarians have gradually expanded to the fields of public health,environmental protection,human disease models and pharmaceutical industry,in addition to directly guaranteeing animal husbandry production.However,compared with other traditional industries,the ways,methods and ways of veterinary surveillance in animal health supervision and law enforcement supervision have been stretched,unable to adapt to the development of the times,unable to meet the needs of supervision and management of regulatory departments.It is a new subject for the development of modern veterinary medicine,including animal health supervision agencies,to develop the information application platform of official veterinary surveillance,to change the old mode of law enforcement and supervision of official veterinary surveillance,and to broaden the channels of services provided by animal husbandry and veterinary surveillance to breeders.In order to provide a strong grasp for the regulatory authorities and provide high-quality services for farmers as the overall goal,the establishment of intelligent animal husbandry and veterinary application platform,from the past quarantine knife to the computer-based information monitoring platform,and then to the development of mobile terminal application software,comprehensively improve the means of information technology and achieve normalization of work.Through advanced tools such as "Internet +",big data platform,cloud computing and mobile terminals,we try to design the mobile terminal application software of animal health surveillance system by making use of convenient communication,accurate and rapid information feedback,and analyzing the advantages and attributes of science,so as to improve efficiency and strengthen supervision.The design and application of the whole mobile terminal application in this research mainly focus on four aspects.Firstly,broad investigation and research was carried out,which understood the situation of staff of animal health supervision system in Jilin province mastering mobile terminal application,analyzed the real thoughts of users,providing strong support and research direction for the design and development of mobile terminal application.Conclusions from analysis of each research content,1.Veterinary application has been generally accepted by animal health supervision system.2.Basic prerequisites for the use of veterinary application software.3.From the point of view of mobile terminal application,people preferred terminal application to meet the actual needs without being too complicated with the emphasis of work on animal quarantine,law enforcement supervision,harmless treatment and circulation supervision.4.Key functions and service expansion functions of mobile terminals ranked in the top three were respectively data statistics,harmless treatment supervision,supervision and inspection,market monitoring,epidemic disease diagnosis,and inquiry of policy and regulation.The second was demand analysis.The research and development of mobile terminals should meet operational needs of animal health supervision system,and choice and design and application of central database research and development system must conform to the laws and regulations of animal health supervision system.According to problems tending to emerge in animal health supervision and analysis of the functional design requirements,it completed the construction of overall structure of veterinary application with core module based on mobile terminal law enforcement application database,with functions of animal quarantine,supervision and inspection,circulation regulation,law enforcement and case handling,disposal,construction of non-epidemic area,office automation,learning and training,service garden,system management,etc.The third was functional design.According to business normally carried out,workflow and important links must be followed by animal health supervision system,the sub-functions that each core module of the application needs to carry was tried to design.This part conducted the overall design of all functions of mobile terminal and detailed partitioning design,basically covering main part of animal health supervision system,and set the detailed corresponding module function according to the work process of each link,such as quarantine declaration,quarantine certificate and pathological variation table of animal quarantine,inspection and registration,business statistics and sending of quarantine information of circulation regulation,formulation of laws and regulations,law enforcement documents,typical case analysis,etc.of law enforcement,sparing no effort to make the mobile terminal play their role in the practical work,which lays the foundation of the actual realization and application of functions of mobile terminal application in next step in the future.The fourth was realization of the application,through respective demonstration,specific operation and application of each actual function of the mobile terminal,which determined the research and application of mobile terminal,basically realized job content with duties of animal health supervision institutions,including animal quarantine declaration process,clinical examination and authenticity check in the actual work,application process and verification of harmless handling regulation of animals and animal products,formulation of law enforcement documents and case registration in supervision and law enforcement,inspection registration and check f supervision and inspection places related to animals and animal products,inspection registration,entry statistics,check,sending of quarantine information,office automation and other related responsibilities of circulation supervision of animal health supervision inspection stations,in the actual work,mobile terminals have brought huge changes and transformed the traditional working mode of the animal health supervision system. |
