Gastric ulcer is the most common form of peptic ulcer. It mainly means that the gastric mucosa loses its balance due to some reasons,so that stomach acid, pepsin and bile destroy the gastric mucosa, mucous membrane and mucous membrane.causes bleeding and peritonitis. The pathogenesis is more complex and there are many causes of morbidity:mainly stress reaction, drug injury and foreign body stimulation.dogs are well known for their innate love for pets, and as pets, the ability of dogs to discern things from the outside world needs to be raised. This also paves the way for the high incidence of gastric ulcers. In clinical diagnosis and treatment,if the gastric ulcer is not treated in time, the fatality rate can be as high as 25%.At present, gastroscopy can be directly used in clinical diagnosis of canine gastric ulcer, and the diagnosis rate is 100%.But even if gastroscopy is an authoritative tool for diagnosing gastric ulcers,it still has a certain risk of trauna and infection. In addition, there will be more than a painful feeling of dry cough and vomiting. The actual operation process is often restricted by the dog's age, size, and physical condition, and it cannot be used effectively at certain times.B-ultrasound,as a diagnostic tool often used in modem medicine, has the advantage of being complementary to gastric ulcers.Firstly,B ultrasound can accurately measure the thickness of the stomach wall and intuitively show the position, size, shape, boundary and intermal echo of the lesion;furthermore,it can continuous observation of the operation and function of the organ, and the gastroscope must be in-depth to be seen;then because the B-ultrasound is easy to move, the cost is lower compared to the gastroscope;the final characteristic is non-invasive,in the stomach during the use of the speculum, there is a risk of gastric or esophageal mucosal damage, and the potential impact of anesthesia on dogs cannot be underestimated, and the function of gastric wall peristalsis and emptying can be dynamically observed.B-ultrasonography inadequacies:First of all,it is difficult to directly characterize early or small lesions, and it must be combined with a gastroscope to confirm the diagnosis. In addition, during the examination process,it is susceptible to technical and angle limitations, and misses small lesions; If there is gas inside,it will affect the diagnosis and it cannot be tested in vivo. With the good help of gastrointestinal B-scan in the diagnosis of human gastrointestinal diseases,it has become a simple,non-invasive,safe,real-time,and reproducible after X-ray barium angiography and gastroscopy. The means of examination can be used as a valuable supplement to gastroscopy. Objective:To explore the value of gastric B ultrasound in the diagnosis of canine gastric ulcer in order to provide livestock owners and physicians with more reasonable dog medical advice. The study took 48 healthy adult dogs(4 of them were spare dogs),and the selected dogs were numbered 1-48 in numerical order, divided into 12 groups of AL,and were first performed in the laboratory 1 day,3 days, and 7 days before the start of the experiment.Clinical examinations, laboratory tests to ensure the health of these dogs in the stomach.Next is the modeling session.During the experiment, laser and gastroscope were used to burn with laser at the bottom of the stomach, the major curvature of the stomach, the pyloric sinus, and the notch of the gastroscope respectively*The photographs were taken and the statistics of these experimental dogs were recorded. The number, size, and location of the stomach ulcers. Then, the stomach endoscope was used for examination on the 1st day after the model was established to confirm the occurrence of the ulcer, and the corresponding position was detected using the B-mode ultrasound. After the 3d and 7d,they were also examined using the appeal method and compared with each other to evaluate the accuracy of the B-ultrasound for gastric ulcer. The results showed that except for the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two dogs, the other groups successfully completed the test, and there was no significant difference between the routine clinical examination and the laboratory test index of the experimental dogs at 1d,3d,and 7d before the test(P>0.05).After 1d and 3d after modeling, physiological abnormalities were observed.Gastric endoscopy was used to confirm the occurrence of ulcers. For ulcers that have already occurred, use B ultrasound for re-examination.The results showed that the detection of B-mode ultrasonography at the major curvature of the stomach, the comer of the corneal notch, and the pyloric sinus were as accurate as 91.6%.The bottom of the stomach was slightly worse, and there was also an accuracy of 83%.This may be due to a thicker base layer and gas.Blocked about.Taken together, the accuracy of the entire stomach can be as high as 89.6%.This shows that B-mode ultrasound is an assistant tool for clinical gastroscopy and is worthy of promotion.
