Classical swine fever(CSF),Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)and Foot-mouth disease(FMD)are the main infectious diseases in the farms. The prevention and control effect of these infectious diseases is related to the healthy development and economic benefits of the farms. The three counties and one district under the jurisdiction of Bozhou district are all large pig breeding counties in China. Therefore, they attach great importance to the prevention and control of these diseases so as to ensure the production of pigs.In recent years, the incidence and mortality of swine disease in Bozhou district have increased. It is very necessary to reduce the incidence of the disease and improve the production efficiency by understanding the immune antibody level of the typical Classical swine fever,Pathogenicity porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,Foot-mouth disease in this area.During 2017-2019,pig serum samples were randomly collected from the Bozhou District pig farm.Through the application of ELISA method to carry out Antibody test on the classical swine feeder, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and foot-and-mouth disease in order to analyze the positive rate of the classical swine feeder, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and foot-and-mouth disease antibody in this pig farm. One thousand eight hundred thirty-five serum samples were collected and tested. The results were as follows:1.From 2017 to 2019,the total positive rate of the immune antibody of Bozhou district(average value of all detected antibodies): 90.29%(1329 / 1472)for Classical swine fever,88.45(1302 / 1472)for the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,94.77%(1395 / 1472)for Foot-mouth disease. The antibody positive rate of these three diseases far exceeds the minimum level of 70% required by the state, which indicates that the immune status of pigs in Bozhou district is good.2.For the farms with more than 3000 pigs, the overall immune positive rates of Classic Swine feeder,Porcine reproductive and reproductive syndrome and Foot-mouth disease were 95.35%(410 / 430),93.95%(404 / 430)and 98.37%(423 / 430),respectively.This result is higher than that of pig farms and slaughterhouses with a breeding capacity of fewer than 3000 pigs.In spring, the positive rates of the three kinds of disease were 90.8%(740 / 815),88.59%(722 / 815)and 95.46%(778 / 815),respectively,which were higher than those in autumn,89.65%(589 / 657),88.28%(580 / 657)and 93.91%(617 / 657).The immune effect of different scale pig farms is good, and there is no significant difference between different pig farms, and the positive rate exceeds the national standard.3.In the same type of pig farm, the antibody positive rates of classic swing feeder,Porcine reproductive and reproductive syndrome and Foot-mouth disease were 53.75%(43/ 80),56.25%(45 / 80)and 73.75%(59 / 80)for 50000 to 80000 pigs of different day ages, respectively. This result was the lowest, which required strengthening immunization. In this paper, the serological tests of Bozhou District Classical swine fever,Porcine reproductive and reproductive syndrome and Foot-mouth disease in the past three years were carried out.According to the test results, the immune antibodies of Classical swine fever,Porcine reproductive and reproductive syndrome and Foot-mouth disease all reached the national standard positive rate. This study can provide a reference for the prevention and control of swine disease in the future, and provide a reference for farmers to formulate a reasonable immunization program in line with the local epidemiology.
