In recent years,the Taishan tea industry has developed rapidly and has become a beautiful business card for the development of local characteristic agriculture.The planting area of Taishan tea has reached 50,000 mu,with an output value of nearly 1 billion yuan.The tea industry pattern of Taishan that is scaled,intensive,and systematic has been gradually formed.However,corresponding to the rapid development of the Taishan tea industry,the production,cultivation and processing of the Taishan tea industry have not fully reached standardization,cleanliness,and continuity.The tea garden ecology is poor,the standardization is low,and the quality of tea products is unstable.Most Taishan tea growers still use the more primitive planting method of overwintering arched sheds and manual manipulation,and the production efficiency is far behind the needs of industrial development.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,large labor input and inaccurate management in the local Taishan tea planting and management process,a Taishan tea environmental control system based on the Internet of Things has been completed,which helps to improve production efficiency,prevent catastrophic weather damage,and improve Taishan Tea yield and quality.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Statistic,investigate and summarize the specific environmental factors required for the production of Taishan tea,and obtain the suitable range of environmental factors for the growth of Taishan tea in different periods.The advantages and disadvantages of the existing mainstream Internet of Things technology were investigated and compared in detail,and the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology was determined to be used as the basis.The ZigBee wireless sensor network was studied from the overall system perspective,and the sensor selection was completed.(2)Design the software and hardware of the system based on the requirements of the growth environment of Taishan tea.In terms of hardware design,the data acquisition terminal,control terminal,wireless communication module,microprocessor module,etc.were designed to complete the system construction.In terms of software design,combined with actual needs,complete the development of the host computer system,achieving system login,real-time information display,historical data query and other functions.(3)In order to ensure the accuracy of system information acquisition,to achieve effective and accurate data collection and remote control of environmental parameters, Kalman filter algorithm and error optimization control algorithm are introduced to remove noise and redundancy of sensor collected data,which improves the collection of data Reliability.After the above design and optimization of the system,the system networking and wireless communication are tested,and the system power consumption is calculated.The whole system has high stability,low power consumption,and high degree of automation,which provides a set of good solutions for precise environmental control in the field of Taishan tea planting.
