Under the background of the promotion of agricultural modernization construction and the development of Internet information technology,China's agricultural modernization construction is developing steadily nowadays.The key to the development of agricultural modernization lies in the popularization of agricultural mechanization,which undoubtedly promoted the adjustment of industrial structure and the improvement of production quality.However,it is undeniable that the current agricultural mechanization operation is not perfect,there are still many problems,such as the low level of agricultural machinery operation,the deviation of the overall structure,the imperfect system and so on.Faced with this situation,the Internet of Things for Agricultural Machinery has become a new topic needed to develop and solve urgently,and it provides a reliable technical foundation for smart agriculture.Agricultural Machinery Internet of Things(IOT)system is an organic combination of modern IOT technology and agricultural machinery,and it is an integration of software and hardware.The whole system is composed of sensor detection module,BeiDou positioning module,input and output interface,main controller and intelligent display terminal.It can be divided into four layers at the level of technical architecture,which are perception layer,core layer,network layer and application layer.Integrated BD high-precision positioning system jointly built by Beidou satellite base station,mobile station and cloud platform,using RTK technology to obtain accurate position information of agricultural machinery;transmitting the data collected by the sensor and the position of agricultural machinery to the core control terminal through CAN bus,The core control terminal sends the data information to the software monitoring platform through the wireless transmission module;constructs the agricultural platform IoT system monitoring platform based on the cloud platform,receives the agricultural machinery intelligent controller to obtain the real-time location of the agricultural machine,the agricultural machinery's own state and the working state information,It realizes remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of agricultural machinery operation status,management and scheduling of agricultural machinery operations,and achieves efficient management of agricultural machinery.Through the reliable tests,the agricultural machinery IOT system can effectively improve the use and management of modern agricultural production,which promote the integration of agricultural machinery and information,and provide more intelligent and reliable means of supervision,and more scientifically coordinate the allocation of agricultural machinery system and promote development of national agricultural modernization and informatization rapidly.
