With the rapid development of domestic economy and the improvement of people's living standards,consumers' requirements for pecan quality are constantly improving,and their demands for pecan quality are increasingly diversified,not only focusing on the physical quality attributes of Pecan itself.As a well-known brand with regional characteristics in China,Pecan in Lin'an district has a strong practical and theoretical significance to study the current situation and existing problems of consumers' satisfaction with pecan quality,to take effective measures to improve the quality level of pecan,to develop regional brand of agricultural products of pecan,to increase farmers' income and to promote rural revitalization.Based on the review of domestic satisfaction theories,this study constructed the CCSI evaluation index model of Pecan quality satisfaction,defined the connotation and characteristics of Pecan quality satisfaction,and constructed Lin'an from seven dimensions of expected quality,perceived product quality,perceived service quality,perceived value,user satisfaction,user complaint and user loyalty,totaling 31 indicators The comprehensive evaluation system of walnut quality satisfaction.Taking 226 pecan consumers and online questioners from agricultural markets,supermarkets,specialty stores and other channels in Lin'an district as research objects,questionnaire survey and case study were carried out.The results show that consumers' expectation for the quality of pecans in Lin'an district is relatively high,with the average value exceeding 5.7.Generally speaking,consumers are satisfied with the quality of pecans in Lin'an District,with the highest average score of product popularity,high brand evaluation,but the lowest average price acceptance,and different consumers' evaluation of satisfaction is also different Brand image,expected quality and perceived quality will directly or indirectly affect consumer satisfaction.In addition,consumers also reflect that there is still room for improvement in shopping environment,service quality,product packaging and price.On the basis of the above research conclusion,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality satisfaction of Pecan in Lin'an district from the following aspects: improving the supervision function,improving the product quality,strengthening the construction of characteristic regional brand,and improving the consumption experience of pecan.
