Study On The Influencing Factors Of Satisfaction On The Ecological Compensation Policy Based On The Perspective Of The Herdsman's Award In Inner Mongolia

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization,and has promoted it to "the well-being of the people and the future of the nation".The ecological protection and construction of grassland is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,and the prairie ecological protection subsidy policy(abbreviated as the prairie award policy)is the most important policy item of grassland ecological protection construction.It is of great significance to discuss the satisfaction and influencing factors of herdsmen to the grassland ecological protection subsidy and reward policy,which is undoubtedly of great significance to the operation system and decision-making direction of the grassland ecological construction policy project.Based on the first and second round of prairie award policy in the pastoral areas of Abag Banner,Alxa Left Banner,Xin BaragRight Banner of Inner Mongolia,the study of the satisfaction evaluation of the Inner Mongolia grass original award policy from the herdsmen's perspective is based on thefirst hand survey data of the pastoral policy satisfaction evaluation.On the basis of descriptive analysis and relevantscholars' research,the variable selection and empirical analysis of multiple ordered Logit model are carried out to explore the main influencing factors of the policy satisfaction evaluation.The results show that the subsidy amount of the prairie subsidy policy,the family pasture income of the herdsmen and the non grazing income have a significant positive impact on the policy satisfaction,and the family population,the cost of forage,the cost of epidemic prevention and the living expenditure have a significant negative impact on the policy satisfaction.According to the factors that affect the satisfaction of the policy,it is found that it is the most important thing to improve the economic income of the herdsmen and to solve the long-term production and life of the herdsmen,compared with the subsidy and reward of the herdsmen production.The policy of the pastoral area should adjust the implementation mechanism and increase the supporting measures to improve the satisfaction evaluation of the herdsmen to the policy,encourage the herdsmen to voluntarily abide by the policy provisions and implement the policy,so as to improve the effectiveness of the policy and finally realize the coordinated development of the economy and ecology of the pastoral area.
