Salix linearistipularis is a shrub or small tree of Salix genus in Salicaceae.Salix linearistipularis not only has the ability to resist saline-alkali.but also can improve the salinity of soil.In this study.we conducted a resource survey on the ectomycorrhizal fungi of Salix linearistipularis in Anda saline-alkali base,classified and identified the ectomycorrhizal fungi of Salix linearistipularis according to their morphological and structural characteristics,understood the diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi,and analyze the difference between the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil composition content,to clarify the relationship between the soil composition content and the infection rate of ectomycorrhizal fungi,provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of ectomycorrhizal and repair of saline soil.The results of this experiment are as follows:1.Studied the morphological structure of Salix-linearistipularis ectomycorrhizal fungi.By observing and describing the characteristics of the color,branch,shape and surface texture of the mycorrhizal willow,the Salix linearistipularis ectomycorrhizal fungi were divided into 17 types and 5 orders were identified 7,there are 17 species in 7 genera.2.Based on the analysis of the species dominance of ectomycorrhizal fungi of Salix lihearistipularis,Tomentella fuscocinerea was found to be the dominant species,Tomentella lateritia.Tomentella sp.1.Hebeloma velutipes were common species,and the rest were rare species.Species richness,simpson index,Shannon-Wiener index and evenness index of ectomycorrhizal fungi on saline-alkali soil were 14,0.92.2.23.0.85,respectively;species of ectomycorrhizal fungi on sandy saline-alkali soil were abundant Degree,Simpson index,Shannon-Weiner index and evenness index are 7,0.76,1.65,0.85,respectively,the diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi on saline-alkali soil is higher than that on sandy saline-alkali soil,indicating the diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi Affected by soil type,saline-alkali soil is more suitable for ectomycorrhizal growth.3.The content of organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium in saline-alkali soil is higher than that in sandy saline-alkaline soil,indicating that the soil composition content of saline-alkali soil is higher than that of sandy saline-alkaline soil;the pH value and total salt content of rhizosphere are lower than those in non-rhizosphere;The content of organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in the rhizosphere soil is higher than that in the non-rhizosphere soil,rhizosphere soil composition content is higher than non-rhizosphere soil,indicating that ectomycorrhizal fungi can reduce the salinity of saline-alkali soil and improve the content of soil components;the infection rate of ectomycorrhizal fungi is extremely significantly negatively correlated with soil pH,positively correlated with available phosphorus and available potassium,and not significantly correlated with organic matter,total nitrogen and total salt.In summary,according to morphology,the ectomycorrhizal of Salix linearistipularis in the Anda saline-alkali base were initially divided into 17 types,and 17 orders of 5 orders,7 families,and 7 genera were identified,of which Tomentella fuscocinerea was the dominant species;compared with saline-alkali soils,the diversity of ectomycorrhizal fungi and the content of soil components in sandy saline-alkali soils are lower;ectomycorrhizal can reduce the content of saline and alkali in soil and improve the content of soil components,and the content of soil components has a certain correlation with the infection rate of ectomycorrhizal fungi.
