Sensor technology plays an vital role in the field of agriculture.At present,there are mainly four kinds of common agricultural sensors:animal husbandry and aquatic products,gas and soil,atmospheric environment and plant physiology.The plant physiological sensor used to detect the active small molecules of plants can monitor the growth status and the whole life cycle status of plants,achieve scientific and accurate control and management of plants,get rid of the agricultural production guidance in the way of human experience,and achieve high yield and high quality of crops.It plays an important role in agricultural production guidance and has important strategic significance for food security.First of all,the design method of electrochemical biosensor and electrochemical testing technology are used in this paper.A miniature glucose electrochemical biosensor is designed to measure the glucose content in plants.In this experiment,stainless steel wire is used as the measuring electrode,and glucose can be detected by decoration of small chemical molecules such as glucose enzyme.After optimizing the experimental conditions,a more stable,specific and selective sensing electrode was constructed for in vivo detection.The experimental results show that the linear equation of the sensor is y=0.0078x+0.069,and the correlation coefficient R~2 is 0.984.The detection range is 0.1mm?200mm,and the detection limit is0.1mm.The electrochemical biosensor has achieved the expected design effect,and can meet the detection in the common scene.Secondly,with the help of mature electronic circuit technology,the acquisition and measurement circuit of weak plant physiological electrical signals is designed.Through the electrochemical biosensor of three electrode system,the biochemical signal is transformed into weak and measurable electrical signal.With the help of modern electronic technology,a basic measuring circuit is designed to collect,process and display the physiological electrical signal of plants.From the analysis of the results of the circuit test and verification,it can be concluded that the designed measuring circuit can meet the requirements of the collection and transmission of weak plant physiological electrical signals when the error is allowed.Finally,the designed glucose electrochemical biosensor and measuring circuit are combined and tested.The electrode is inserted on the stem of the plant and connected to the measuring circuit board through the electrode wire.According to the analysis of the experimental data,the error range is less than 7%.It can be used outdoors in ordinary scenes.In addition,the construction and preparation of the sensor and the optimized design of the measurement circuit can be used in combination,extending to the detection of other kinds of plant active small molecules.
