As a key link in the process of crop production,seedling cultivation and transplanting plays an important role in reducing diseases and insect pests,improving the survival rate of seedlings and increasing the cost and efficiency.In recent years,with the development of seedling transplanting technology,the domestic demand for transplanting machinery has increased significantly.Therefore,it is an important problem to be solved urgently to develop high speed transplanting operation and improve the operation efficiency of transplanting machinery to develop to intelligence.Seedling feeding speed is one of the main factors affecting the efficiency of transplanting machine,so the transplanting machine feeding mechanism is taken as the research object,and the relevant research is carried out.First of all,according to the specifications and parameters of PVC rigid acupoint disc widely used in the market and the physical characteristics of acupoint disc seedlings,basic data are provided for the optimization of seedling cup feeding.Then,the movement rules of acupoint and dish seedlings in the process of casting were studied to provide the basic data for the matching relationship between the feeding mechanism and the planter(hanging cup)and the determination of the seeding scheme.A high-speed camera was used to track and shoot the process of injecting seedlings into the acupoint dish by the seedling feeding mechanism.The image was captured,analyzed and calculated by the Tema control software.The relationship between the displacement and time of the acupoint dish and the motion equation of the acupoint dish were obtained,and the main factors affecting the accuracy of injecting seedlings into the seedling feeding mechanism were determined.Finally,the experiment was carried out on the self-designed hanging cup transplanting test bench,and the effects of the throwing speed,the quality and the height of acupoint and dish seedlings on the accuracy of acupoint and dish seedlings were determined.The response surface method was used to analyze the significant factors,and it was concluded that under ideal conditions,when the forward speed of the transplanter was 2.0km/h(the throwing speed of cavity-disc seedlings was 0.184m/s),the mass of cave-disc seedlings was 20±4g,and the height of cave-disc seedlings was 130±10mm,the feeding accuracy of the seedling feeding mechanism could reach 99%.
