Forage grass, straw and other agricultural biomass resources in China is very rich, but in its commercial production process, first problem is that these materials loose, low bulk density, collection, transportation difficulties. Whether these materials in storage or transportation, occupies a lot of space, facing severe pressure on transport costs. Then transport the bale forage compaction, which can effectively reduce transportation costs, save forage storage space. Therefore, research, development and promotion for rural pastoral balers important.In this paper,9YG-1.2-type round bale baler for the study of such a round bale baler feed mechanism and a bundle of room for the simulation analysis. By using Solid Works3D modeling software and ADAMS software, got the state law of motion and movement round baler feed mechanism. Through the theoretical round baler bales chamber analysis, the relationship between the various factors affecting bale density between the arrangement and selection of a bundle of steel rollers room provides a theoretical basis.In addition, the paper using ADAMS software improved design feed mechanism. Which is raise feeding fork height. The round baler that feed into the feed inlet of the fork prolonged, highly increases so that the forage can be sufficiently fed to a bundle chamber, and to improve the quality of their round bale density bale. Through analysis of the feed mechanism of a round baler and bales room for future research and improvement of such a round baler provide some data for reference.
