In this paper,"Shanghai Qing" pakchoi was used as the test material.The deep liquid flow hydroponics technology was used to precisely control the spectral composition of the LED light source.Using natural light as the control group,three treatment groups were set up:red/blue ratio=4:1(4R:1B),red/blue/white ratio=7:2:1(7R:2B:1W),red/blue/white ratio=6:1:1(6R:1B:1W)to analyse the effect of light with different ratios on the growth and quality of hydroponic pakchoi under experimental conditions.The main findings are as follows:1.The effect of different light quality ratio on the fresh weight of the pakchoi leaves in hydroponic culture was great.The fresh weight of pakchoi under the red blue combination light 4R:1B ratio was greater than 7R:2B:1 W and 6R:1B:1W.2.Different light quality ratio increased the chlorophyll content,but decreased the carotenoid content.Among them,the chlorophyll content of Pakchoi leaves was the highest under the 7R:2B:1W.3.Different light quality had significant effect on the quality of Pakchoi.The content of vitamin C and protein was increased by different light quality ratio,and the soluble sugar was the largest under the treatment 4R:1B,and the content of soluble sugar was lower under different ratio of red blue white than that under the control of natural light.In summary,the use of different light quality in place of natural light to treat hydroponic pakchoi had different effects on physiological indicators such as yield,photosynthetic pigment content,and nutritional composition.In recent years,LED had been widely used as light sources for plant growth.Depending on the type and characteristics of the plant and using different ratios of light quality could improve effectively stimulate plant growth potential.Based on the yield and quality of hydroponic pakchoi,this study believed that the 4R:1B ratio light quality was suitable light source for hydroponic pakchoi growth.This project aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the large-scale industrial production of hydroponic pakchoi and family landscape plant cultivation development.
