With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the scale of development of the aquaculture industry is also increasing day by day,and the problems caused by livestock and poultry manure to the environment are becoming more and more serious.At the same time,the demand for protein in the feed industry is becoming increasingly difficult to meet due to the sharp decline in world fishmeal production.In order to solve the contradiction between these two aspects and turn waste into treasure,it is necessary to cultivate black soldier flies to convert livestock manure into high-quality animal protein,which can not only solve the environmental pollution problem but also provide cheap protein for the feed industry.Because the black soldier flies can only reach the maximum conversion rate under certain circumstances,this paper designed a set of real-time monitoring system for black soldier flies aquaculture systems based on RS-485/ZigBee dual communication mode.The system can realize the functions of collecting and displaying environmental data,control environment and real-time alarm,and realize various functions through modularized and distributed hardware and software design.The system is mainly divided into three parts,namely environmental monitor,controller and host computer.The environmental monitor is equipped with oxygen,carbon dioxide and ammonia sensors,soil temperature sensors,and air temperature and humidity sensors to collect multiple environmental data in the breeding environment in real time.The controller obtains environmental data through RS-485/ZigBee,and compares with the threshold set by the user to determine whether the environment is abnormal.If it is abnormal,it alarms and drives the relay to control the corresponding environmental processing equipment until the environment returns to normal.The controller is connected to a serial port screen to display environmental data and device status,which is convenient for users to observe and manage.The host computer obtains environmental data and equipment status from multiple controllers through RS-485,and provides data backup,manual control and other functions to realize remote management of multiple sets of water fly breeding systems.This article first introduces the research background,the current research situation at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the future development trend.Then it introduces the characteristics,system hierarchy,network topology and the advantages and disadvantages of ZigBee wireless communication technology compared with other wireless communication technologies in detail.Then the overall design of the system is introduced,and the hardware design of the environmental monitor and controller is described.The function of the system is controlled by the STM32 chip to control each functional module.Finally,the software design scheme is introduced.Both the environmental monitor and the controller are ported with the ?C/OS-? real-time operating system and the FreeModbus communication protocol.They respectively schedule different tasks and ensure the reliability and stability of the communication.The environmental monitor and The realization of various tasks of the controller and ZigBee "serial port transparent transmission" function.Various tests were carried out after the system design was completed,including software and hardware tests and overall tests.The conclusion shows that the real-time monitoring system of water fly breeding environment based on RS-485/ZigBee can run stably for a long time and meet the actual demand.
