In recent years,with the rapid and large-scale development of animal husbandry,as well as the continuous outbreak and spread of various kinds of epidemic diseases of livestock and poultry(avian influenza,swine streptococcosis,Swine High Temperature disease,etc.),the livestock and poultry breeding has brought a disastrous blow.The environmental quality of livestock and poultry houses directly affects the health of livestock and poultry and the improvement of product quality.What's more,the air dust,droplets and aerosols of livestock and poultry houses are good media for the attachment of pathogenic microorganisms,mycoplasma,various viruses and bacteria.They can survive for a long time in the air dust particles,and float and move with the particles in the air,inducing the respiratory tract infection of animals The wide spread of the epidemic.Therefore,some experts have proposed that the control of livestock and poultry breeding environment is a prerequisite for effective prevention and control of the spread and prevalence of major diseases.Based on the configuration technology and the Internet of things technology,this paper studies an automatic control system of the breeding environment aiming at the intelligent regulation of the pigsty environment(1)By referring to domestic and foreign research literature and relevant national standards,this paper first analyzes the influence of ambient temperature,humidity and harmful gases on the growth and development of pigs,and then establishes the monitoring and control standards of environmental parameters of pig houses in this paper by referring to the national standards of temperature,humidity and harmful gas content in pig houses issued by the state.(2)The design of environment control system for pigsty was completed.First of all,the overall design of the environment control system of the whole pigsty is carried out,and the overall topological structure design and networking design of the system are also carried out;next,the selection of the monitoring sensors of the whole system is described in detail,including the selection of temperature and humidity sensors,illuminance sensors,ammonia sensors,hydrogen sulfide sensors and carbon dioxide sensors used in the environmental monitoring of the pigsty Number,physical figure,main performance parameters and other contents are comprehensively introduced.(3)The software of environment control system in pigsty is designed in detail.First of all,the Kingview software used in the system design is introduced briefly,then the PLC main program design,monitoring subroutine design,alarm subroutine design and other related contents of PLC software are designed systematically;next,the design and implementation process of the whole PLC program code are explained,and the PLC program implementation source code is appendix at the back of the paper;finally,the whole system software is introduced The design of component interface is explained in detail,and the corresponding interface design diagram of system software is given.(4)The environment control system of pigsty was tested.First of all,the test environment and process of the system are briefly described,then the test results of the whole system are analyzed and compared to analyze whether the temperature and humidity control,illumination control,harmful gas monitoring and other parameters control of the system meet the design requirements in advance,and the reliability of the system monitoring data is compared and analyzed.The system test shows that the system parameters designed in this paper The digital control meets the design requirements,and the system runs smoothly.The reliability and practicability of the system are effectively guaranteed.Finally,based on environmental parameter collection and Ethernet technology and RS485 technology data transmission,the real-time monitoring and control system of livestock and poultry house environment with PLC controller monitoring program development and monitoring center(upper computer)as the monitoring terminal is established in this paper.The environment factors such as light,temperature,humidity and gas in the pig house environment are monitored in real time The healthy growth of birds,the control of the occurrence and spread of diseases,and the improvement of economic benefits are of great significance.
