Aconitum kusenezoffii Reichb.is a traditional Mongolian and Chinese medicine,which is made from root tubers,dried leaves,seedlings and flowers of Aconitum kusenezoffii Reichb.It has the functions of dispelling wind and dampness,warming menstruation and relieving pain.Aconitum kusenezoffii is a compatible drug of Mongolian medicine.In order to explore the effect of different provenances of Aconitum kusenezoffii.on effective medicinal ingredients,this paper analyzed the biological characteristics of Aconitum Kusnezoffii seeds and the components affecting seed yield,the effective medicinal ingredients of different provenances and different parts were compared and analyzed.The results are as follows:(1)The seed dormancy can be effectively relieved by the method of natural frozen sand storage(-25??-20?),and the germination rate can be up to 90%after 88 days.(2)Among the seed yield components of Aconitum Kusnezoffii,the number of inflorescences per plant and the number of seeds per fruit contributed most to the seed yield components of Aconitum Kusnezof.fii from different habitats.Plant growth height is an important factor affecting seed yield of Aconitum kusenezoffii.(3)The flower of Aconitum kusenezoffii mainly contains benzoylaconitine,other content is very low.(4)The content of diester aconitine was higher than that of monoester aconitine in the leaves of Aconitum kusenezoffii,and the content of alkaloid was stable with the increase of years,the content of alkaloid in nutrition period was the highest.(5)There was no significant difference in total alkaloid content of root tuber of Aconitum kusenezoffii from different habitats.The content of Aconitine was the highest,and the content of diester alkaloid was higher than that of monoester alkaloid.the contents of three aconitine in the root tuber of Aconitum kusenezoffii from 1 to 2 years old were lower than those from 3 years old,and the contents of Aconitine in root tuber of Aconitum kusenezoffii from 3 to 5 years old were stable.
