Yeast fermentation feed is a kind of microbial fermentation feed, which has the effects of improving feed quality, improving the digestibility of nutrients, improving the intake and daily weight gain of animals, improving the immune and antioxidant capacity of the body, and maintaining the microecological balance of the body's digestive tract. In this paper, the effect of the yeast fermentation feed on the quantity of bacteria in rumen of Mongolian sheep was studied to provide a theoretical basis for its production and application.Ten Mongolian sheep with similar weight installed with permanent rumen fistula were selected and divided into control group and test group. The control group was fed with a basal diet, while the test group was added the yeast fermentation feed to the basal diet. The trial period was 20 d,including a pre-feeding period of 15 d and a formal period of 5 d.Rumen fluid was collected at 0,3,6,9 and 12 h after morning feeding in the formal phase,5 times in total, once a day.The numbers of 9 rumen bacteria were detected by real-time quantitative PCR(probe method)after extraction of the genome. The results showed that:(1)The number of Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens in the experimental group was 3,9 and 12 h higher than that in the control group(P?0.05),and lower than in 6 h(P?0.05).The number of Ruminococcus flavefaciens was higher than that of the control group at 6,9 and 12h(P?0.05).The number of Fibrobacter succinogenes was higher than that of the control group at 3 and 6 hours(P?0.05).The number of Megasphaera elsdenii was higher than that of the control group at 6 and 9 h(P?0.05).There was no significant difference in the quantity of Ruminococcus albus and Ruminobacter amylophilus between two group(P? 0.05).The number of Streptococcus bovis was higher than that of the control group at 3 h(P?0.01).The number of was higher than that of the control group at 6 h(P?0.05).The number of Prevotella ruminicola was higher than that of control group at 3 and 6 h(P?0.01).The number of Methanobrevibacte ruminantium was higher than that of control group at 0 h,and lower than that at 6 h(P?0.01),3 h,6 h and 9 h(P? 0.05).(2)The bacterial diversity of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P?0.05),the contents of Bacteroidetes,Fibriobacteria and Spirochaetae increased, and the contents of Firmicutes decreased(P? 0.05).The content of Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group and Erysipelotrichaceae_UCG-004 increased, while the contents of Christensenellaceae_R-7 group and Veillonellaceae_UCG-001 decreased(P?0.05).In conclusion, yeast fermentation feed can significantly increase the number of Ruminococcus flavefaciens,Fibrobacter succinogenes,Prevotella ruminicola Streptococcus bovis,Butyrivibrio fibrisolven,Megasphaera elsdenii and reduce the content of Methanobrevibacte ruminantium. The yeast fermentation feed reduced the diversity of rumen bacteria.
