Study On The Intervention Effect Of A Chinese Medicinal Preparation "Gankang" On Fatty Liver Hemorrhage Syndrome

Fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome is a common disease caused by abnormal lipid metabolism in laying hens.FLHS results in a rapid decline in egg production and sudden death.FLHS seriously endangers the performance of laying hens,seriously restricts the scale-up process and the improvement of breeding efficiency.It is a common clinical disease that puzzles the majority of farmers.240 Helan brown layers were randomly divided into 8 groups,30 in each group.They were blank control group,FLHS model group,high dose "Gankang"intervention group,medium dose "Gankang" intervention group,low dose "Gankang"intervention group,high dose "Gankang" control group,medium dose "Gankang"control group and low dose "Gankang" control group.Through the observation of liver index,laying performance,egg quality,serological index and liver histopathology,the following conclusions are drawn.The results show:1 Liver index test results:The bleeding index,organ coefficient,and liver fat rate of chickens with FLHS disease were significantly higher than those of the normal group(p<0.05).Feeding "Gankang" with different concentrations could significantly improve FLHS diseased chickens Indicators,and experiments show that the high-concentration "Gankang" dose group has a better effect.2 Production performance test results of laying hens:FLHS diseased chickens 'egg production,average dietary level,daily egg production,and feed-to-egg ratio were significantly different from those in the normal group(p<0.05)."Gankang"can significantly improve experimental indicators,and the high-concentration dose group has better results.3 Egg and egg quality test results:There are no differences between the two groups of egg shell thickness and egg shell strength(p>0.05);the protein height,egg yolk color,and Hastelloy units of FLHS disease chickens are significantly different from the normal group(p<0.05),This condition can be improved after feeding a high concentration of "Gankang".4 Serum index test results:There was no significant difference in HDL and AST indexes between the groups(p>0.05).The TC,TG,LDL,MDA,T-SOD,and ALT indexes of the FLHS disease chicken group were significantly different from those of the normal group(p<0.05),and this condition could be significantly improved by feeding different concentrations of "Gankang".The high-concentration dose group performed better.5 Results of liver HE staining:A large amount of adipose tissue was found in liver slices of FLHS diseased chickens,and the cells were arranged loosely and irregularly.The liver slices of the "Gankang" treatment group were significantly improved.In the course of this test,feeding different doses of "Gankang" to chickens with FLHS disease,it was found that abnormal liver indicators caused by FLHS,decreased production performance of hens,decreased egg quality,abnormal serum indicators,etc.The corrective effect provides data support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of FLHS sick chickens in the future.
