With the rapid development of China's agricultural modernization,the Ministry of Agriculture has been committed to promoting the construction of agricultural informatization.Among them,the fine collection and research of planting site environmental data has important significance for the construction of agricultural Internet of things.There are two problems in the process of using the soil moisture stations developed by the laboratory.First,the environmental factors collected by the soil moisture stations cannot fully satisfy the delicate management of crop cultivation and research by growers and researchers.Secondly,it is found that the fault diagnosis method based on time series used by the moisture soil moisture station can make the fault diagnosis of the sensor false alarm.Therefore,in the face of the above two problems,the optimization and improvement strategies of moisture content sites are proposed from hardware and software.Firstly,the environmental factors collected by the soil moisture station are enriched in the hardware system,such as images,carbon dioxide concentration and solar radiation.The data processing module of the soil moisture station was redesigned and realized,and the collection of environmental factors such as crop growth potential,carbon dioxide concentration and solar radiation value was completed,and wireless communication and interaction of the data collection were realized through GPRS,so as to further meet the management and scientific research needs of agricultural planting personnel.Followed by the identification method on software improves the sensor fault detection,this paper puts forward a kind of based on principal component analysis combined with the sensor fault diagnosis method based on time sequence fault diagnosis,instead of the original system used by the fault detection method based on time series analysis,by monitoring the change of thestatistic and square prediction error of the sensor's preliminary fault detection,and on this basis,the fault diagnosis method based on time series is validated by computer simulation and the effect of the fault diagnosis method based on spatial sequence,summarizes their advantages and disadvantages,the organic combination of the advantages of the proposed fault diagnosis method based on time series analysis,To realize the effective detection and identification of sensor node fault,the simulation results show that the principal component analysis combined with time-series based fault diagnosis method can effectively reduce the false alarm rate and improve the fault diagnosis accuracy compared with the time-series based fault diagnosis method or the space-series fault diagnosis method alone.The experiment shows that the optimization of hardware and software can improve the reliability and practicability of moisture content distribution station.
