Forage is a valuable biological resource and the basis for developing the herbivorous livestock industry.However,due to the loose nature of forage materials,problems such as high transportation costs,loss of transportation,and large storage space have occurred during the transportation and storage of forage grass.The use of a baler to compress the forage into a dense bale can greatly reduce the storage area and improve the transportation capacity,thereby effectively reducing the production cost of the forage.In the composition of forage bale balers,the feeding mechanism is one of the important factors affecting the performance of the machine.At present,domestic bale balers generally have problems such as complicated structures,large power consumption,and unreasonable feeding trajectories.In response to the above problems,this paper designs and develops a feeding mechanism suitable for generous balers.The structure design uses one feeding fork to complete the work of two forks of the traditional feeding mechanism,and uses a single fork and double stroke conversion.Way to complete the feeding of pasture,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing power consumption and saving space.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Discuss the current development and research status of the baler at home and abroad,and analyze the research status of the feeding mechanism of the baler and the working principle of the feeding mechanism in detail.(2)The design scheme of the feeding mechanism of the baler was determined,the feeding mechanism was designed according to its quick return characteristics,and the design parameters of the connecting rod were analyzed and calculated.According to the design requirements,a double-stroke conversion mechanism is designed,and the combined mechanism of the cam and the crank slider is used to complete the intermittent movement of the hook lock,and the theoretical calculation of the key components such as the cam is completed.(3)Establish the vector equation of the feeding mechanism through the analytical method,and use Matlab software to program and solve it to obtain the motion trajectory of the feeding mechanism.The Solid Works software was used to model the feeding mechanism to create its three-dimensional model,and the interference of the feeding mechanism was analyzed.ADAMS dynamics simulation software was used to analyze the working conditions of the large and small forks of the feeding fork to obtain the motion trajectory,speed and acceleration curve of the feeding mechanism.By analyzing the motion trajectory image and the speed acceleration curve,the results show that The rationality of the designed feeding mechanism was discussed.(4)A trajectory analysis test bench for the feeding mechanism was set up,and through experiments,it was verified that the motion trajectory of the feeding mechanism was consistent with the simulation results,indicating the rationality of the design.
