In recent years,with the increase of crop production,a great deal of surplus crop straw has seriously restricted the sustainable development of agriculture and the structural reform of the supply side of agriculture.The square baling machine has the characteristics of reliable performance,simple operation and high efficiency.It has large density and is convenient for transportation and large-scale operation.It is an effective agricultural machine to solve the problem of straw surplus.At present,there are many problems such as complex structure,high cost,unreasonable feeding mechanism track and low picking rate with the domestic bundle picking and packing machine.In view of this situation,this paper makes use of theoretical analysis and software processing,The feeding mechanism and pickup pulverizing mechanism of the 4Y-2.4A corn straw baling machine produced by the Heilongjiang WoYe biomass harvest packaging equipment Limited company.were optimized and simulated,and the field experiment was completed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The working principle and structure of the feeding and pickup mechanism at home and abroad are thoroughly studied,according to the characteristics of agricultural production and the agronomic standards of the straw bales.Research on the small square bales collecting baler feeding mechanism and a picking crushing the kinematic,describes the idea of design and working principle.(2)according to the design requirements,the feeding fork and the pickup grinding blade suitable for the bundling operation are designed.A 3D solid model of feeding mechanism and picking and crushing mechanism is established by using 3D modeling software SolidWorks,and motion simulation and finite element analysis are carried out by using SolidWorks Motion and Simulation plug-ins.(3)field experiments were carried out on the feeding and crushing mechanism.The straw picking rate was the response index,selecting operation speed,rotation speed and blade type as experimental factors,a single factor test and Box-Behnken combined test design scheme were designed,and the experimental data were analyzed and processed by Design-Expert6.0.1 software.The two regression equation between influencing factors and response indicators was established,and response surface analysis was conducted.It was concluded that the significant effects of various factors on straw pickup rate and straws density were speed,operation speed and blade type in turn.Using the method of multi-objective optimization,the optimization and analysis of the mathematical model of the mechanism are carried out,and the best combination of factors to meet the range of the response index is obtained.The field test shows that the design of the small square bales,collecting baler feeding mechanism and a picking crushing mechanism meet the bundling agronomic requirements,is to solve the spring drought and soil moisture,it is the ideal tool to solve the straw surplus.
