Freshwater fish pre-processing equipment generally needs to feed the fish body into the equipment according to a certain head and tail and abdomen and back direction.At present,it is mainly carried out manually,which has the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency,and lack of orientation equipment.In this paper,based on the characteristics of freshwater fish industrial processing,based on the physical characteristics of the fish body,the orientation method of the head and tail and abdomen and back of the freshwater fish is proposed,and the head and tail and abdomen and back orientation mechanism of the fish body is analyzed.The head and tail and abdomen and back orientation test device carried out relevant experimental research on the main parameters of the device.Based on the test results,the fish body orientation device was designed and built,and the performance test study of the device was carried out.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)In this paper,the horizontal reciprocating vibration method is used for the head and tail orientation of the fish body,and the rotating pair roller extrusion is used for the abdomen and back orientation of the fish body;based on the friction characteristics of the fish body and the squeezing characteristics of the fish body's abdomen and back,the head and tail orientation mechanism and abdomen and back orientation mechanism of the fish body are analyzed;(2)Taking Carassius auratus,Parabramis pekinensis,Ctenopharyngodon idellus and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix as the test objects,Carrying out the test of the friction characteristics of the fish body for the conveyor belts with different surface structures,the results show that: when the four freshwater fish slide on the surface of the inverted triangle conveyor belt,the straight grain conveyor belt,the lawn grain conveyor belt,etc.in the direction of the scale and the direction of the scale,There is a certain difference between the inverse scale friction coefficient and the along scale friction coefficient,both of which show that the inverse scale friction coefficient is greater than the along scale friction coefficient,and the absolute value of the difference between the along scale friction coefficient and the inverse scale friction coefficient when the surface of the inverted triangle conveyor belt is sliding The largest,that is,when the fish body slides along the scale direction and the reverse scale direction on the inverted triangle conveyor belt,the friction coefficient has the largest degree of difference;on the basis of the fish body friction characteristic test,a single factor test of the head and tail orientation of thefish body is carried out,and the results show that : in the research scope of this article,the inverted triangle conveyor belt should be used as the head and tail orientation conveyor belt of the fish body;fish head and tail orientation effect is better under scaly state;the vibration frequency is 4?6Hz and the amplitude is 80?120mm.The horizontal interval has a greater influence on the head and tail orientation of the fish body;based on the single factor test results of fish head and tail orientation,the Carassius auratus was selected as the test object,and the head and tail orientation orthogonal test of fish body was carried out.The results showed that the optimal level combination is: vibration frequency 5Hz,vibration amplitude 100 mm.Under the conditions,the head and tail orientation effect of the fish body is the best,and the orientation transport time is 2.65s;(3)Taking Carassius auratus as the test object,a single factor text of fish body abdomen and back orientation was carried out.The results showed that within the scope of this study,it is more appropriate to use the octagonal roller as the fish body abdomen and back orientation roller;the optimal horizontal interval of roller gap is 40?60 mm;the two horizontal intervals of roller rotation speed 10?50 r/min and fish body transport speed0.2?0.6 m/s have great influence on the orientation of the fish's abdomen and back;on the basis of the single factor test results of the fish's abdominal and back,the orthogonal test of fish body abdomen and back orientation showed that the optimal horizontal combination was: roller gap 50 mm,roller rotation speed 50 r/min,fish body transport speed 0.6 m/s.Under this condition,the abdomen and back orientation effect of the fish body is the best,the orientation success rate is 100%,the orientation time is 0.55s;(4)Designed and built a fish body orientation device.The fish body orientation device mainly includes: a hoist,a separation device,a fish body head and tail orientation test device,and a fish body abdomen and back orientation test device;the Carassius auratus is the test object,and the fish body orientation performance test is carried out.The results show that the fish body orientation device is under the experimental conditions,the success rate of fish body head and tail orientation is 100%,the success rate of fish body abdomen and back is 92.30%,and the fish body orientation efficiency is19/min,which proves that the fish body orientation scheme is feasible.
