Aviation plant protection operations play an important role in the field of agricultural and forestry pest control.Among them, light helicopters have been widely used for their own advantages. There are also many researches on chemical pesticide plant protection operations by light helicopters, but the pollution caused by chemical pesticides has been increasing year by year.Seriously,in order to solve the problem of pesticide pollution, the state vigorously promotes biological pesticides. In order to apply aviation pesticide technology to biological pesticide plant protection operations and improve the prevention and control effect of biological pesticides in aviation operations, the research in this paper is launched.Based on the analysis of the working principle of the nozzle and the angle of the internal force of the droplet,a preliminary summary of the factors affecting the effect of biological pesticides is carried out.Through theoretical analysis, the physical properties of the spray medium, the diameter of the rotating cage, and the speed will be determined. It has an impact on the spray effect of biological pesticides and the retention rate of biological pesticide activity, and then provides guidance for the selection of parameters in the test. The high speed wind tunnel was used to perform the speed calibration test of the wind driven rotor nozzle. In the test, four factors including blade length, blade installation angle, nozzle rotor diameter, and air velocity were set.The rotor was measured by measuring different parameters. The rotation speed of the nozzle is used to analyze the influence of various parameters on the rotation speed of the rotor nozzle.SPSS software was used to perform regression analysis on the test results, draw fitting curves and verify the accuracy of the regression analysis results. An indoor biological pesticide test system was designed based on a motor-driven rotating nozzle, and the selection of various working components was completed. In the test, three parameters were set: rotation speed, flow rate, and nozzle rotation cage diameter. Two biological pesticides,Bacillus thuringiensis and Beauveria bassiana, were used for spray test and sample collection, and SPSS software was used to analyze the factors in the test.Influence of pesticide activity retention rate.Provide a basis for the selection of subsequent test parameters.Based on the R44 light helicopter,a speed measuring device for the rotating nozzle of the light aircraft was designed. In the test, three factors such as flight speed, blade length, and blade angle were set for the speed measurement test, and compared with the speed test results in the wind tunnel environment to determine the utilization.Parameters of R44 light helicopter for biological pesticide spray test. The spray test of biological pesticides was carried out outdoors using the atomizer system equipped with a rotating helicopter nozzle of a light helicopter. In the test,a type of rotating nozzle was produced at the same flying height, different flying speed, and different blade installation angles. The biological pesticide droplets were collected and the activity retention rate was tested. The analysis of the test results revealed the factors affecting the biological pesticide activity retention rate in aviation plant protection operations, and compared with the results of the indoor biological pesticide test.
