C.migao is a kind of medicinal plant with remarkable utilization and economic,ecological and social benefits.In this study,four kinds of mycorrhizal fungi Glomus lamellosum,Glomus etunicatum,Glomus mosseae and DSE P.fortinii were selected and inoculated separately or in combination.The growth characteristics and drought resistance of AMF and DSE mycorrhizal seedlings of C.migao were studied from two aspects: inoculum size and inoculating method.The main research results are as follows:The 40 g inoculation treatment of Glomus lamellosum could effectively promote the growth of the seedlings of C.migao,while the 100 g inoculation treatment showed growth inhibition.When inoculated alone,the inoculation amount of 40 g to 60 g per strain is appropriate.Of the seedlings of meters from mixed inoculation of AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae take each 20 g,a total of 60 g hybrid vaccination for optimum inoculation quantity,can significantly promote the growth of C.migao from plants,so have separated endophytic fungi on m from seedling inoculation dark P.fortinii,inoculation amount per plant is unfavorable and exorbitant,otherwise the growth of plants may be suppressed,30-45 ml.In the period of 150 days of vaccination for meters from mixed seedlings inoculated arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi of G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae has separated endophytic fungi with dark P.fortinii four kinds of fungi,can effectively promote the growth of C.migao seedlings,in four inoculum size of gradient processing,GP(40 g + 45 ml)has the most significant effect of inoculation group grows,followed by GP(60 g + 60 ml)vaccinated group,in addition,mixing the inoculation and from a separate the inoculation effect more apparent.When AMF G.lamellosum and G.etunicatum are inoculated alone,the drought resistance of maccaricized mycorrhizal seedlings inoculated at 40-60g/ strain is the strongest.When AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and Glomus mosseae are mixed for inoculation,20 g of G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae are mixed for inoculation,and 60 g of mastic mycorrhizated seedlings are inoculated uniformly with the strongest drought resistance.When inoculated alone with DSE P.fortinii,the drought resistance of maccaricidal mycorrhizal seedlings inoculated with 45ml--60 ml bacterial solution is strong,and the drought resistance of maccaricidal mycorrhizal seedlings inoculated with 15 ml for each inoculation is the strongest when inoculated with 45 ml for 3 times.When AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae is inoculated with DSE P.fortinii,40 g AMF and 45 ml DSE P.fortinii inoculated with the C.migao mycorrhized seedlings has the strongest drought resistance.On the whole,the drought resistance of maccellulose mycorrhizated seedlings inoculated alone is weaker than that of AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae are mixed inoculation under different inoculum size.DSE arithmetic at katyn bottle mold inoculation alone when the optimal doses of C.migao drought resistance of the mycorrhizal seedlings from strengthening effect is very obvious,but under the 90 ml high dose vaccination rice drought resistance of the mycorrhizal seedlings from weaker than no bacteria in the control group,showing resistance to suppress,so promote the strongest resistance at its proper vaccination,high concentration of vaccination resistance inhibitory effect is obvious;When GP is mixed,the overall drought resistance of C.migao parmeters mycorrhizized seedlings under each inoculation dose is strong,and the drought resistance of C.migao parmeters mycorrhizized seedlings under 40 g AMF+45ml DSE and 60 g AMF+60ml DSE inoculation dose is the most obvious in all treatments.Among the three tested AMF strains,the infection rate of G.lamellosum is the highest when inoculated alone.The infection rate is higher than that of any of the three amfs inoculated by the mixed inoculation of G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae.The infection rate of the two kinds of fungi,AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae and DSE P.fortinii,is higher than that of the three kinds of AMF mixed inoculation.This indicated that there is a synergistic infection trend among the strains of G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae,as well as between AMF and DSE P.fortinii.The mycorrhizal dependence index of mastic seedlings is 2.40±0.20,2.10±0.10,0.71±09,2.60±0.30,1.03±0.10,2.97±0.29,respectively.G.mosseae inoculation group m from seedlings showed no mycorrhizal dependency,P.fortinii.mycorrhizal seedlings ortinii characterized by weak dependence,G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum of inoculation alone group and G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum,G.mosseae mix vaccinated group and AMF,DSE arithmetic mixed mycorrhizal seedlings inoculated are characterized by mycorrhizal dependency of medium,but the AMF,DSE arithmetic mixed mycorrhizal inoculation of GP in dependence index up to 2.97 ± 0.29,very close to the strong mycorrhizal depend on the level.The inoculation of AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum,and G.mosseae by mixing with matrix could not promote the growth of C.migao seedlings,but inhibited the growth of the plants to a certain extent.Different inoculation methods of AMF and DSE has different effects on the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and other protective enzymes,soluble sugar,soluble protein,proline,malondialdehyde and relative water content of leaves of C.migao seedlings under drought stress.Inoculation with AMF and DSE could enhance the drought resistance of mace seedlings to some extent,but the drought resistance is not obvious in single inoculation with mace.When combined with AMF,DSE P.fortinii,AMF and DSE,and combined with AMF and DSE,the drought resistance of C.migao seedlings was significantly stronger than that of AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum.The drought resistance of G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum inoculated with the layer method is better than that inoculated with the matrix method.When inoculated alone with lamellar and immature sacculus and mixed with AMF G.lamellosum,G.etunicatum and G.mosseae,the drought resistance of macculus seedlings inoculated with layer method is significantly better than that inoculated with matrix method.DSE P.fortinii alone inoculated with AMF and DSE mixed inoculation,there was no significant difference in the drought resistance of bacterial cake layer inoculation and rhizosphere injection inoculation of rickettellated mycorrhizated seedlings,there is significant enhancement of drought resistance of rickettellated seedlings by the septum endophytic fungus P.fortinii.Among all the inoculation treatments of AMF and DSE,the combination of AMF and DSE has the most obvious promoting effect on drought resistance of C.migao seedlings.In general,AMF inoculating at size of 40-60g/ per plant is beneficial to promote the growth and drought resistance of C.migao seedlings,DSE P.fortinii inoculating at size of 45-60ml/ per plant is fit to accelerate the growth and drought resistance of C.migao seedlings,and 40 g AMF+45ml DSE combined inoculation has the most obvious effect on the growth and drought resistance.The mycorrhizal effect of separated layer AMF inoculating is better than that of inoculation mixed with substrate,and the two inoculating methods of bacterial solution and bacterial cakes has no significant effect on the mycorrhizal effect of C.migao in the single inoculation group and the mixed inoculation group of AMF and DSE.The mycorrhizal effect of AMF and DSE mixed inoculation is more excellent than that of single inoculation. |
