With the increasing intensification of livestock and poultry farming at home and abroad,a large number of antibiotics are used to treat animal diseases,leading to increased bacterial resistance and animal food drug residues.Replacing antibiotics to prevent the occurrence of zoonotic diseases has become an inevitable trend in the healthy development of animal husbandry.Chinese herbal medicine preparations and micro-ecological preparations have the advantages of wide range of effects and low toxic and side effects,and have huge application prospects in replacing antibiotics as new feed additives.A total of 800 twenty-five week-old Jinding ducks were randomly divided into 8 groups with 5 repetitions per group and 20 ducks per relicate.Ducks in the control group were fed a basal diet,trial groups 1 were fed the basal diets supplemented with 1.5 g / kg complex probiotics,and the 2 to 4 groups added 1,1.5and 2 g / kg FML to the basic diet,groups 5 to 7 added 1.5 g / kg of compound probiotics to the basic diet,and then added 1,1.5 and 2 g / kg of FML,respectively.The pre-expermental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for8 weeks 1.To explore the influence of its use on the production performance,egg quality,antioxidant performance,lipid metabolism,immune function and intestinal microbes of laying ducks when used alone or in combination.New feed additives lay a certain theoretical foundation.1.The effects of FML and probiotics on the performance of laying ducks and egg qualityDuring the feeding test of laying ducks,the egg production rate,average daily feed intake,feed-to-egg ratio,average egg weight and broken egg rate are calculated daily in repeat units;after the feeding test,6 duck eggs are randomly selected in each repeat.The egg shape index,eggshell strength,egg yolk color,egg yolk percentage,eggshell thickness,and Huff units were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average egg weight and feed egg ratio of the experimental group 1 were reduced by 14.2% and 5.1%(p<0.05)respectively.The egg production rate,average daily feed intake and broken egg rate were compared with the control group No significant difference(p>0.05);compared with the control group,the test 2,3,4,5 and 6 groups did not significantly improve the performance of laying ducks(p>0.05);compared with the control group,the test 7 group There was no significant difference in average egg weight,average daily feed intake,feed-to-egg ratio and broken egg rate(p>0.05),and egg production rate decreased by 5.8%(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in egg quality between the test groups 1,3 and 4compared with the control group(p>0.05);there was no significant difference between the test group 2 egg shape index,egg yolk color,eggshell thickness and Huff unit compared with the control group(p>0.05),eggshell strength increased by 15.9%(p<0.05),egg yolk percentage decreased by 7.3%(p<0.05);egg shape index,egg yolk percentage,eggshell thickness,Hough unit and control in groups 5,6 and 7 There was no significant difference between the groups(p>0.05),the eggshell strength was increased by 13.7%,10.0% and 13.6%(p<0.05),and the color of egg yolk in the test groups 5 and 6 increased by 3.2% and 2.7%(p<0.05)There was no significant difference in the color of egg yolk between the 7 groups in the test and the control group(p>0.05).The results showed that the addition of FML or probiotics to the basic diet had no obvious effect on improving the performance of laying ducks;the combined application of FML and probiotics had a significant enhancement effect on the eggshell strength.Test 7 group(1.5g/kg probiotics+2.0g/Kg FML)had the best effects.2.The effects of FML and probiotics on lipid metabolism of laying ducksAfter the feeding experiment,3 ducks and 3 duck eggs were randomly selected from each repeat.The blood was collected from the veins of the duck wings and the serum was separated.After the egg yolks were separated,the egg yolks were mixed and extracted 2 m L in an EP tube,and stored at-20 ?.Detection of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in laying duck serum and egg yolk by ELISA method;collecting laying duck The liver was quick-frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored in a refrigerator at-80?
