In order to study the effects of the different Moringa components on egg laying performance and immunce function in Sansui duck,this study compared the effects of diets supplemented with different levels of Moringa components on growth performance,immune function,antioxidant function,egg production performance and egg quality of Sansui ducks at different growth stages,find out the appropriate proportion of different Moringa components in different age stages of Sansui duck.The research is mainly divided into 4 parts.Experiment 1: Effect of different Moringa components on the growth performance of 0-9 weeks old Sansui duck225 healthy one days old Sansui ducks with an average body weight of(41.01±4.51)g were selected,randomly divided into 5 treatment groups(I-V group),male and female ducks randomly assigned,3 ind repetitions were set per processing group,15 ducks each one repetition,no significant difference between each one ind repetitions.Test group I fed basal diet + 2% Moringa terrier powder,test group II fed basal diet + 4% Moringa terrier powder,test group III fed basal diet + 0.2%Moringa flavonoids,test group ? fed basal diet + 0.4% Moringa flavonoids,Test V group fed basal diet.The test is divided into brooding stage(0-4 weeks old)and bred stage(5-9 weeks old),pre-feeding for 7d,The formal test is 56 d.Statistics and analysis of data on growth performance at both stages were performed.The results showed that :There was no significant difference in body weight between each groups of Sansui ducks in the pre-brooding stage(0-3 weeks old)(P >0.05),at the age of 4 weeks in the brooding stage,the weight of the test group II was significantly higher than that of the test group IV and the test group V(P<0.05),There was no significant difference between the test group II and the test group I and the testgroup III(P>0.05).At 5 weeks of age,the weight of the test group II was significantly higher than that of the test group III and the test group V(P<0.05).At 7 weeks of age,the weight of the test group II was significantly higher than that of the test group III(P<0.05).At 8 weeks of age,the body weight of the test group I and the test group II was significantly higher than that of the test group III(P<0.05),the weight of the test group II was the highest at the end of the brooding stage(4 weeks old)and the early stage of the bred stage(5 weeks old,7-8 weeks old).(2)At 0-4 weeks of age,the absolute weight gain of the Sansui ducks in the test group II was the highest,At 5-9weeks of age,the absolute weight gain of Sansui ducks in different levels of Moringa component addition group was lower than that in the blank control group.At 0-4weeks of age,the relative weight gain curves of each test groups were basically similar,At 5-9 weeks of age,the relative weight gain curves for each test group were different.(3)At 0-4 weeks of age,the ADFI of the test group I was the highest,significantly higher than other test groups(P<0.05),the difference between other experimental groups was not significant(P>0.05);The ADG of the test group II was the highest,which was significantly higher than other test groups(P<0.05),The F/G of the test group I,IV and V was significantly higher than that of the test group II and III(P<0.05),test group I,test group IV and test group V,the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05).At 5-9 weeks of age,the ADFI of the test group I was the highest,and the ADFI of the test groupV was the lowest,but the difference between the test groups was not significant(P>0.05);the ADG of the test group II was the highest,and the ADG of the test group I and the test group III was the lowest,and the difference between the test groups was not significant(P>0.05);In addition,there was no significant difference of the F/G between each test group(P>0.05).In summary,In 0-9 weeks,Moringa terrier powder can effectively increase the ADG of Sansui duck,which contributes to the growth of Sansui duck in the brooding stage and breeding stage.Experiment 2: Effect of adding different Moringa components on the immune index of 0-9 weeks old Sansui duckThe results showed that:(1)In the 0-4 week old growth stage of Sansui duck,2%Moringa terrier powder addition group and 4% Moringa terrier powder addition group can significantly improve the serum TP content and ALB content of Sansui duck(P<0.05),2% Moringa terrier powder addition group and 0.4% Moringa flavonoids added group can significantly increase the serum IgA content of Sansui duck(P<0.05);(2)In the growth stage of Sansui duck at 5-9 weeks old,2% Moringa terrier powder added group and 0.2% Moringa flavonoids added group can significantly improve serum ALB content of Sansui duck,The 2% Moringa terrier powder addition group and the 4% Moringa terrier powder addition group can significantly increase the serum IgG content of Sansui duck(P<0.05).In summary,Both Moringa terrier powder and Moringa flavonoids can increase serum TP content,ALB content and partial immune protein content of 0-9 weeks old Sansui duck,which has certain positive effects on immunity.Experiment 3: Effect of adding different Moringa components on antioxidant function of 0-9 weeks old Sansui duckThe results showed that:(1)In the 0-4 week old growth stage of Sansui duck,adding 2%,4% Moringa terrier powder and 0.4% Moringa flavonoids in the diet can significantly reduce the MDA content in the serum of Sansui duck(P<0.05);(2)In the growth stage of Sansui duck at 5-9 weeks old,adding 4% Moringa terrier powder and0.4% Moringa flavonoids in the diet can significantly reduce the MDA content in the serum of Sansui duck(P<0.05),Adding 2% Moringa terrier powder to the diet can significantly enhance the serum GSH-PX activity of Sansui duck(P<0.05).In summary,Adding different levels of Moringa terrier powder and Moringa flavonoids in different growth stages of Sansui duck can reduce the MDA content in the serum of Sansui duck,and it has certain effect on the anti-oxidation function of Sansui duck in brooding and breeding stage.Experiment 4:Effect of adding different Moringa components on laying performance and egg quality of 23-27 weeks old Sansui duckFrom the Sansui ducks fed in the previous experimental stage,90 154-day-oldnormal-foraging,healthy-growing Sansui ducklings were screened,randomly divided into 5 treatment groups(I-V group),3 ind repetitions were set per processing group,6ducks each one repetition,duck egg production experiment based repeat as units,each one repeat weight is 8.74±0.26 kg,no significant difference,Test group I fed basal diet+ 2% Moringa terrier powder,test group II fed basal diet + 4% Moringa terrier powder,Test group III fed basal diet + 0.4% Moringa flavonoids,Test group ? fed basal diet + 0.8% Moringa flavonoids,Test V group fed basal diet.The test stage is Sansui duck 22-27 weeks old,pre-feeding for 7d,the formal test is 35 d,Statistics and analysis of data on laying performance and egg quality at that stages were performed.The results showed that:(1)The feed conversion rate and egg production rate of23-27 weeks old Sansui ducks could be significantly increased by 4%Moringa terrier powder addition group,0.4% Moringa flavonoids addition group and 0.8% Moringa flavonoids addition group(P<0.05);(2)The 0.4% Moringa flavonoids added group significantly reduced the soft shell egg rate of duck eggs,2% Moringa terrier powder addition group,4% Moringa terrier powder addition group,and 0.8% Moringa flavonoids addition group significantly reduced the breaking egg shells rate of duck egg(P<0.05);(3)0.4%Moringa flavonoids added group significantly enhanced the eggshell strength of duck eggs(P<0.05).In summary,Moringa terrier powder and Moringa flavonoids can effectively reduce the ratio of feed to egg in the early stage of laying eggs,and improve feed conversion ratio,In addition,can also enhance the hardness of the eggshell to reduce the breaking egg shell rate.Different levels of Moringa terrier powder and Moringa flavonoids have certain improvement in egg production performance,which can further optimize egg quality.
