Evaluation Of The Sustainable Utilization Of Cultivated Land Resources Of Jiamusi Based On TOPSIS Model

The sustainable use of cultivated land is the basis for the sustainable development of social economy.Especially today,the global population load is increasing,the cultivated land resources are tight,and the sustainable use of cultivated land resources is more urgent.The ideal way of utilizing cultivated land resources is the dynamic balance of total amount.The efficiency of cultivated land use is high,and production can meet people's living needs.However,today,the number of cultivated land is reduced,the quality of cultivated land is degraded,and the pollution of cultivated land is serious,which has a huge impact on people's production and life.The contradiction between the utilization of cultivated land resources and the protection of cultivated land resources has intensified.Therefore,we must pay attention to the problems existing in the current use of cultivated land,carry out the evaluation and research work on the sustainable use of cultivated land,and realize the sustainable use of cultivated land.Based on the full review of relevant literatures,this study selects Jiamusi City as the research object,establishes the evaluation index system of sustainable use of cultivated land,selects the entropy weight TOPSIS model to evaluate the sustainable use of cultivated land,and uses the grey correlation analysis method for different years.Relevant analysis and evaluation of sustainable utilization levels.This study enriches the systematic theory of regional sustainable evaluation of cultivated land to a certain extent,and provides a basis for the decision-making of cultivated land use by land-related departments in Jiamusi City.Through the full-text analysis and research,the following conclusions were obtained: Jiamusi City during the 8 years from 2009 to 2016:(1)In general,the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Jiamusi City is high,and the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in all participating years is about 80%.The sustainable use of cultivated land resources is 83.70% in 2016,the lowest is 2010.76.90% of the year.At the same time,the sustainable use of cultivated land resources is characterized by fluctuations with time.Although the system is slightly fluctuating,it is generally on the rise,and the coordination performance between the systems is very good.(2)The trend of sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources over time can be divided into two stages: 2009-2013 is the stage of volatility growth,and reaches the valley in 2010,and the growth stage in 2014-2016.In 2007,the sustainable use of cultivated land resources increased significantly.(3)The comprehensive level of sustainable use of cultivated land(B)is highly correlated with resource rationality(B1),and the correlation degree between 2009 and 2016 is maintained above 0.95.The results show that with the deepening of urbanization and the transformation of economic development mode,the factor of balanced distribution of social and economic resources has an increasingly prominent impact on the sustainable use of cultivated land.In the sustainable use of cultivated land,more attention should be paid to the fair allocation of resources..(4)The impact of the economic output factors of cultivated land on the sustainable use of cultivated land is not the primary position.According to the results of grey correlation analysis,we can conclude that the per capita cultivated land area(C1)and the cultivated land construction land ratio(C4)are the important thrusts to promote the sustainable use of cultivated land,while the cultivated land ecological factors: the total cultivated land change rate(C8).)and the unit yield of cultivated land(C2)highlights an increasingly important position in the direction of sustainable use of cultivated land.In the future use of cultivated land,it should be more inclined to the rational allocation of cultivated land resources.(5)According to the comprehensive evaluation results of the sustainable utilization of cultivated land resources in Jiamusi City and the results of gray correlation analysis,it is proposed to strengthen the monitoring of cultivated land utilization status;improve the agricultural production conditions and ensure the quantity of cultivated land quality;implement the “Ten Shi Articles” to control the pollution of cultivated land;Suggestions for the promotion of applicable technologies provide a reference for the improvement of sustainable development of cultivated land resources in Jiamusi City.
