Due to the harsh environmental conditions of the hilly area,the orchard power chassis in hilly area usually encounters various types of obstacles(such as trenches,vertical obstacles,ridges,ridges,rocks,steps,ridges,side slopes and steep slopes)in the process of work,which seriously affects the operating quality of the orchard power chassis in hilly area.In order to improve the safety,stability,operation performance and operation quality of the orchard power chassis in hilly area,as well as adaptability to complex environments,the self-made orchard power chassis in hilly area as the research object,using modern theoretical analysis and design methods,vigorously carry out research on the slope of the orchard power chassis in hilly area,to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the enhancement and improvement of the chassis performance.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduction of the key components of chassis and analysis of main performanceThe overall structure and key components of the orchard power chassis in hilly area are introduced.The impact of the overall layout of the orchard power chassis in hilly area on the performance of the chassis is analyzed in detail.Based on this,combined with the relevant traditional track vehicle design theory,makes a detailed theoretical analysis and research on the main performance of the power chassis of the hilly orchard.(2)Theoretical analysis of the slope passability of the chassisAnalyze the slope passability evaluation index of the chassis and several typical slope passability types,including the slope passability analysis of the chassis,the slope passability analysis of the chassis,the chassis passability analysis on the soft road surface of the slope,and the chassis Passability analysis between slope rows and other aspects.(3)Passability simulation analysis and experimental study of the chassis on longitudinal slopeThe dynamic simulation analysis model of the chassis and the longitudinal slope trafficability simulation analysis of the chassis are completed by using RecurDyn software.The maximum obstacle crossing height of the chassis on the 10 °,15 ° and 20 ° hard road surface is 210 mm,150 mm and 90 mm respectively,and the maximum crossing ditch width of the chassis on the 10 °,15 ° and 20 ° hard road surface is 700 mm,550mm and 400 mm respectively The maximum climbing angle of the chassis on sandy road is 17 °,the maximum climbing angle of the chassis on clay road is 21 °,and the maximum climbing angle of the chassis on sandy loam road is 22 °.(4)Passability simulation analysis of chassis on lateral slopeUsing the orthogonal test method to study the cross slope trafficability of the dynamic chassis of Hilly and Mountainous Orchard.The main and secondary order of the factors of the simulation analysis of the cross slope trafficability of the chassis is the road slope > the road type > the driving speed.The optimal combination of the test is the road slope of 10 °,the hard road surface and the driving speed of 1.45km/h,while the cross slope ditch trafficability simulation of the chassis is divided into The main and secondary order of the factors analyzed is pavement type > driving speed > pavement slope.The best combination of the test is hard pavement,driving speed 3.28km/h and pavement slope 15 °.
