Orchard management machinery utilization can reduce the labor intensity of worker of forestry and fruit industry management, improve management efficiency, labor productivity, social benefits and economic benefits, but also can reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases of fruit, fruit quality. High quality fruit production process is complex, requires intensive and meticulous farming, labor consumption, including fertilization, pruning, weeding, plant protection, picking, transportation and other main link. At the same time, because our country farmer family economy condition is poorer, purchasing power is not high, the requirements of mechanical multi function, one machine can be used; with the process of China’s urbanization development, the transfer of rural surplus labor force, labor of rural black prime of life shortage, which requires the orchard management machinery operation to be simple, convenient, and safe reliable.In this paper, a new dynamic chassis developed by Agricultural University of Hebei orchard based on TG20, to its each function device matching technologies are studied respectively according to the operating units, power, stability and through the aspects of design, through the analysis and calculation to achieve the orchard machinery has the advantages of simple operation, convenient, safe and reliable. First of all for orchard management machinery industry face the issues raised the subject, both at home and abroad on the orchard machinery operating units matching technology to do research and discussion; second, through to the orchard the dynamic chassis is introduced and corresponding device parameter analysis, elucidation of orchard power chassis structure and the characteristic, systems analysis the dynamic chassis adaptability of orchard and structural advantage; third, the work unit of analysis and calculation, through the analysis and calculation of unit power, stability and the problem; finally, introduces ADAMS simulation software, combined with software on the front suspension lifting mechanism kinematics simulation, at the same time, for agriculture machinery design and analysis provides a research method.This article through to the orchard power chassis each function device matching analysis and demonstration study, suitable for orchard power chassis management unit. The orchard the dynamic chassis can not only complete rotary tillage fertilizer, plant protection, picking, cutting, ditching and fertilizing and other major farming project, and has the advantages of simple operation, safe and reliable. The orchard forestry development, alleviate the farmers labor intensity, improve the working efficiency of the orchard.
