Study On The Influencing Factors Of Collective Forest Property Right System Reform In Yunnan Province On Farmers' Income And Mobility

As an important part of rural land reform,the reform of collective forest rights system shoulders the task of achieving ecological,economic and social benefits.The reform is of great significance to the continuous growth of farmers' income in collective forest areas.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the impact of the reform of the collective forest rights system on the income and mobility of farmers in collective forest areas in Yunnan Province,focusing on the impact of forest land property rights on the forestry income,total household income,and total income mobility of farmers.First of all,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of the reform of forest tenure system,income mobility and collective forest tenure system reform on farmers' income.Secondly,the descriptive statistical method was used to analyze in detail the basic characteristics of farmers' households in the sample area of Yunnan Province,household income structure,security and integrity of forest land property rights,land resource characteristics and forestry support policies.Third,using the econometric model to empirically analyze the factors that affect farmers' forestry income,total household income,and total household income mobility.The results show that the security and integrity of forest land property rights have a positive effect on farmers' forestry income and total household income.At the same time,plot characteristics,forestry support policies,and basic characteristics of farmer households have a significant impact on farmers' forestry income and total household income.The characteristics of the family have a significant impact on the total income mobility of farmers.Finally,the five aspects of consolidating the security and integrity of forest land property rights,improving forestry support policies,promoting the construction of forest rights element trading platform,standardizing the management of public welfareforests,and strengthening the education and vocational skills training of farmers,can increase farmers' income Continued growth.
