Abstract/Summary:
The circulation of forest land is not only an important part of the reform of collective forest right system,but also plays an important role in optimizing the allocation of forest land resources,improving the utilization efficiency of forest land and promoting the development of rural economy.In order to solve the problem of forest land fragmentation and achieve the goal of forestry scale management,forest land circulation has become an effective way.Based on the sample survey data of 239 households from 18 administrative villages in Lin’an District,Jingning County,Shengzhou City and Yongkang City of Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of forest land transfer on household income.Using cross descriptive statistics,this paper analyzes the income level and structure changes of farmers before and after forest land transfer;based on the data of forest land inflow,forest land outflow and non transfer farmers,using did model and fixed effect estimation method,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of forest land transfer on Farmers’ income.The results show that the inflow of forest land has a significant impact on per capita forest income.It has a significant positive impact on per capita forestry income at the level of 10%,and a significant positive impact on the proportion of forestry income at the level of 1%.Forest land inflow has a significant impact on per capita household income.It has a significant positive impact on the per capita household income at the level of 10%.Woodland outflow also has a certain impact on per capita household income.After the farmers leave the forest,they can get income immediately.At the same time,participating in non-agricultural work promotes the growth of family income to a certain extent.No matter the inflow or outflow of forest land,in the characteristic variables of farmers,the actual number of farmers participating in labor has a significant positive impact on the per capita household income at the level of 10%,indicating that the more people participate in labor,the higher the per capita income.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the circulation of forest land and increase farmers’ income.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the circulation of forest land and increase farmers’ income.Through increasing the publicity of forest land transfer,guiding and promoting forest land transfer,promoting the rational allocation of forest land resources;strengthening the training of non-agricultural employment skills of farmers,improving the skills of farmers;improving the level of forest land management income,increasing the willingness of farmers to operate forest land.
